We had a small group of 6 and our guide Tamara did a great job speaking English and Spanish. All 3 stops were enjoyable, particularly Aranjuez where the Palace is magnificent and far less crowded than Madrid. There was an option for lunch at Aranjuez. At Toledo there was plenty of free time and we joined with another larger bus to return to Madrid.

Chinchón is a charming country town surrounded by olive and almond trees. The palace of Aranjuez is a jewel! Lots of walking up and down in Toledo but certainly worth the effort. Lots to see and do in Toledo know what you want to see so you don’t miss out.

I really enjoyed this tour. It was well organized, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and we saw some amazing places. Everything ran smoothly and I felt it was great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Too little time hurriedly spent in Aranjuez and too much unguided time spent in Toledo. Also the audio on the headsets did not work consistently. The problem was in the tour guides microphone.
Too long and too much physical exertion. Having been to Toledo before, this toor guide yook the worst streets to see Toledo. This was supposed to be a 11.5 hour tour snd 7 of the participants elected to leave at 5 pm.

So-so experience. The bus picked us up almost an hour late. We were told there was a "traffic" problem but all the other tour buses were ready and left on time. The tour is interesting and informative. Not much to see in Chinchon. The Plaza tour in Aranjuez was the best part. We were disappointed in Toledo. The city is beautiful, but unfortunately, with our bus leaving Madrid so late and Toledo being the last stop, we arrived there when the cathedrals and museums were closing so we didn't get to see what we went there for in the first place. Our tour guide, Sara, was nice.
Chinchón /Aranjuez / Toledo is great with Yellow Tour. The guide Alejandro has making special this tour and Leyla, the bus driver! Everything wonderful! I strongly recommend!
The tour guide did not spoke a word while on the bus. We only spent an hour on the beautiful Chinchón. Went to Aranjuez and only saw the inside of the Palace; there was no tour around the gardens. Spent 4 hours in the beautiful Toledo (we had 3.5 hours to wander around). Paid to see more of Chinchón and Aranjuez, as advertised. Completely disappointed with the tour and the tour guide.

Chinchon does not pay the trip, Aranjuez is a very nice city with a nice Royal Palace, and gardens, Toledo is a different question, is a beutifull city i'm ronning out of words to describ it, it deserve the trip

The guide was excellent. The group was mixed Spanish/English and the guide swapped and did everything in 2 languages. Even when someone asked a question- he answered and then answered in the other language. Pronunciation of English was excellent - easy to understand!

Alejandro our guide was amazing. Very informative and insightful tour. Each stop brought a new perspective of Spain. He always made sure there was a bathroom stop. And we tried some samples of marzipan and cheese in Toledo!

Using the Yellow Tours service bus started with a dissapintment. I was instructed to arrive in front of Fuente Neptuno at least 15 minutes before 9:00am because the bus will depart at 9:00 a.m. I arrived at 8:30 am.The bus arrivedat9:30 am

Well my personal opinion ...this day trip was no as expected...the time in Chinchon was too short only to walk a couple of street . Aranjuez also only the Real House and then Toledo where we stay 4 hour without any guide ...sorry too long journey without any sense ...dissapoint
Looking to book a day trip out of Madrid we chose this one for a few reasons. 1/ It picked up & dropped off right outside our hotel. 2/ Seemed a bargain for what we paid. 9 am coach arrived and we were met by our guide for the day. He explained in English and Spanish what we could expect from the trip and gave us lots of info during our journey. Well I think he did. He had this speaker around his neck and sat in the front jump seat so we could hardly hear a word. First stop was Chinchon. Taken to the centre of town and told 'see you back here in 1 hour'. Very little info on what to look at. Next stop was the royal palace at Aranjuez. This was a joke as we rushed through the rooms overtaking other tour guides. Got a feeling the guide was on a time limit. Final stop was Toledo. Our guide took us through the back streets, and I mean back streets, to some shop. Occasional stop to say something about a restaurant or other. And then he left us. Be back at the bus stop at a certain time. We wandered around Toledo finding some lovely streets and seeing other tour guides explaining all about them. We wondered why our guide rushed us through empty back streets and then left us. Back at the coach stop on time we were met by another tour guide who seemed a lot better. Explained we were to join up with other coaches to return home but would get a tour of Toledo by coach for some pictures. Wow, stopped for some pictures on the road leaving town. Tour was great, visited some nice places, just wish we had a better guide.
The places we visited are worth seeing-- I just wouldn't do it with this company again. Driver didn't know where he was going in Chinchon, so we drove around in circles. Many of the audio devices that have to be used in the palace at Aranjuez were completed discharged and others didn't work even though they were charged. It ended up there weren't enough good ones to go around, so my husband ended up with one the worked off and on. The bus wouldn't start after leaving Aranjuez and neither the driver nor guide seemed to know what to do. If it hadn't been for a resourceful policeman, we'd probably still be there in Aranjuez. Because of the issue at the bus, we were an hour late getting to Toledo, which meant there wasn't time to do all we had planned there. Then, because of an event taking place the next day, they left us off at the train/metro station. The guide was helpful giving routing directions, but once we got down into the Metro, many of us had difficulty figuring out the ticketing kiosk.
Unfortunately the bus lost the power they calling for help and they don’t have any response, from the tour company. We lost an hour of the tour. The cities are beautiful but was a bad experiencing. The team on the bus need the support.

It is a wonderful place, we ate wonderfully at the Matilde restaurant! Our guide Alejandro is an excellent person. I highly recommend them. The driver Miguel was very good at his job.
Very good service, the driver Luis is attentive to whether you are hot, he looks for the passenger's comfort and the guide Alejandro as well, he answers all the questions you have and looks for your comfort, I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10

"YellowTours" was the worst agency that has served me after having traveled to more than 40 countries. The audio guides were old and did not work. The first guide abandoned the group in a city to meet up with the second guide, three hours after the scheduled return time. The second guide left the group in a different place than indicated on the voucher and, furthermore, claimed that it was TripAdvisor's fault for not having correctly reported the meeting point. Although there were only 7 of us at the start of the tour, the guide Alejandro would leave some members behind and say that he would answer questions later, with the whole group gathered, because he did not like repeating information. The second guide Ofelia argued with several clients, demonstrating a lack of preparation for a role that should offer tourists a memorable, safe, and professional experience. YellowTours is a terrible, pathetic, and totally disappointing agency. I do not recommend it.
