This is a small business with very friendly operators, good bikes, central location, affordable and flexible. Not much more you could ask for, except maybe less hills when it's 34c ;) so maybe opt for the e-bike. Well recommended.

Hired bikes as a family. Really easy to sort it all, great bikes, great advice on how and where to cycle. It was all just really easy and we had a great time exploring madrid. The chap was generous with his time explaining it all and flexible with timings. Would really recommend.

Exploring Madrid by bike has been fantastic. You are able to see so much more of the city. Renting the bike from Trixi Bike Rental was so easy, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We did the full day self guided tour, about 40km. Traffic was fine too no issues. Definitely recommended.

We hired 2 standard bikes to use in the park. The young girl that served us was superb. Friendly and helpful and made sure everything was right for us before we set off. The bikes were super comfortable. I would highly recommend using this company as everything was spot on. We hired them for 4 hours and the cost was around £18 for both of the bikes. Amazing value!!

This was the best way to see this amazing city and get some exercise! I did not really appreciate how much art and architecture was truly world class outside the main central attractions (which are worth the trip alone). Even a casual rider will have lots of easy bike lane options to see a whole slice of the city that mostly Madrillenos see!

Then the next day we got all day rent of ebikes to roll the City alone. This is the best way now a days to visit the whole City tourist highlights. Amazing experience.

The bike tour is brilliant. It is a great way to see Madrid and learn a little bit about it's history on the go. You get the best of both when you take a bike tour. You get to explore the city in a time efficient way and you also get to skip from main roads to side streets and through beautiful sprawling parks, something that gets missed with the bus tours. Our guide Job was really knowledgeable, friendly and funny. A thoroughly enjoyable experience that we would recommend to anyone visiting madrid. The best way to explore is on a bike!

Self-guided bike tour Madrid green, through parks and along the river, mostly very relaxed, in some sections it goes up the "hill", so you have to push... the wheels feel a bit wobbly at the beginning, but you quickly get used to it, the part through the city requires a bit of coolness, but it is doable, we needed about 6 hours with lots of photo stops and a lunch break, important: don't forget the battery pack for your smartphone, without a sat nav you'll quickly end up somewhere, overall it was a lot of fun

Top bike rental in the center of Madrid. With Very Good Service. I had rented a bike for 2 days online, I could only use the bike for 1 day due to circumstances, I then got the money back that I had overpaid. While cycling, I got a flat tire, just called, and within half an hour a new bike. Top Service.

We were in Madrid for a week and rented bikes directly for all days. Ideal for getting around and getting to know the city. Trixi's bikes were excellent. Good accelerations too and that is important because Madrid is quite hilly. We also received excellent advice on how to cycle in Madrid: in the middle of the road, really. It's the safest thing to do.

We rented two bikes at Trixi Bike and were satisfied. You don't have to decide in advance when to return the bikes, but you don't have the option to return the bikes between 2pm and 4pm (break). Helmet and lock are included in the price.

Last June I rented a bicycle, so far I have not been refunded the deposit for 50€ call my bank and they told me that there is no refund by trixi. It's a robbery.

Trixi delivers good bikes: solid, but smooth cycling. Madrid is perfect for exploring by bike. Sometimes bike paths, often all space. The Retriro park is great for cycling, but a visit to Bernabeau is also fine by bike. But just as beautiful is cycling through the small streets in the cozy neighborhoods like Malasana, Chueca and Salamanca. Previously I did a guided bike tour through Trixi: also a good experience
