Abdul was a wealth of information. He was patient and it was easy to tell he loves his job. My wife and I were in Madrid from Illinois so the jet lag was sevre. He took his time making sure the information was presented well and gave us options on what sights to see. The tour really gives you great ideas for other things you may want to do that you might not have thought about. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service! Galce delivered two ebikes to us in Madrid suburb, and we enjoyed using them on four-week trip through northern Spain and much of Portugal. Reasonable prices. And when I lost two keys, was charged only 20 euros. All around great experience!
Staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable but the quality of the bikes was very poor - think we might have suffered from end of season equipment

We reserved the bikes in Canada, and this easy to find place next to el Parque Retiro was ready for us with everything we needed including maps and suggestions. Bikes were appropriately geared for casual bikers, 9 gears, and well maintained. Friendly and efficient staff and they spoke English for the non Spanish speakers. Affordable.

Great shop. Super nice guys. Great experience. I was recommended to go to the shop to rent bikes for my children and I. We had a great day cycling around the park. Really enjoyed it and covered a lot of ground on the bikes. I thought the rental price was really reasonable cost wise and would highly recommend if you were visiting Madrid. Kids are 9+12. It looks as though they had bike seats for smaller kids + roller blades + long boards. Really impressed with their service. You can also purchase soft drinks here.

We firstly took bikes just for 2 days and the experience was so good so we extend it for one more last day. We loved our 3-hour bike tour of Madrid! Our guide, Javier, was informative, vivacious, and funny. Our bikes worked perfectly and made navigating the city very manageable. We gained a thorough overview of Madrid, current and past. The mid-journey stop for sangria and nibbled was an unexpected bonus (not sure if this happens on all tours). Great way to exercise and learn simultaneously. We went back the next day to rent bikes again!
We happened by this place on the way to the park. We decided to rent scooters, electric bikes, and a normal bike for our young daughter. The guy's there were amazing. competent, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. It was the best decision we made.
Located conveniently right next to the entrance to El Parque del Retiro. The young man who works there was helpful , quickly fitted each of us with a bicycle perfectly sized, and we were on our way! The park is easy to ride around in and there are no cars to worry about!! The bicycles are perfect for riding through the park! Overall an easy ride through the park, thanks to Rent&Roll.

Más allá de todo esto, la experiencia de alquilar bicicletas en Viator ha sido inmejorable. El trato del personal al recogerlas ha sido magnífico, personas muy atentas y serviciales. Bicicletas bien cuidadas y preparadas para marchar. Para mí, completamente recomendable y necesario pasar por aquí y recoger una bicicleta.
Rented 9 beautiful bicycles with 7 gears quickly and easily. Renting and returning was quick and smooth. €15 euros per bike for a whole day is a good price. You have until 7:30 PM the same day to return the bicycles. Plenty of time to see all the highlights in the center. Recommended!
If you want to tour the Retiro park without arriving dead tired at the end of the day, I recommend renting bicycles here. The staff is very kind, quick and helpful.
We rented bikes to visit the Retreat Park independently. The guys at the shop are very kind and also provided us with accessories: helmet for the little girl, basket and chain to lock the bikes. Optimal!!!
I loved renting the bike with Rent&Roll Madrid, I hadn't planned it, and they were like something out of the blue, because I had always wanted to do the “Parque del Retiro” by bike, so I started by renting it for an hour and ended up staying it all day. Enjoying the park, the bike and a relaxing and delicious picnic in the shade of a tree in “El Retiro”. Thanks to Franc and Sebas for their super attention and explanation. A 10 for them and their company.

After trying in many ways to activate a BiciMAD account we started looking for a bike rental nearby. At Rent&Rol we were helped very well. With a fresh battery / phone holder and loose lock we went on our way. It is sometimes exciting on the busy roads but on the special track for 30 km traffic it is doable. Along the river you can cycle very relaxed and cross a large part of the city. Paid for the bikes afterwards; which was handled neatly and smoothly. Absolutely recommended as far as we are concerned.
Super friendly treatment, if you go with groups and have enough bikes is ideal. We broke the chain of a bike and the brakes and in another one punctured the wheel and made a reduction for the inconvenience. 10/10
