Astrid was very informative and very good at what she does. We were taken through the museum at a good pace I saw everything I wanted to see . We really enjoyed our visit.

This was a great tour for the history and tour of the stadium. Our guide Osvan was very knowledgeable. The tapas were ok but the beer was good and it was nice to go to the restaurant at the stadium. Would recommend!

It was a great experience. The size of the stadium was mind boggling. And the memoroblia they have collected from the year the team was formed is remarkable.
Our guide was kind and considerate, but not exceptionally knowledgable about the stadium or the team. We should have just paid for an entrance ticket to tour the stadium without a guide. Going on a game day means you get to see the grass which is cool.
Great tour which we were fortunate enough to see the dressing rooms and go pitchside. Jose was first class tour guide and helped frame the history and important elements that have shaped the club.
A fantastic tour of Real Madrid FC. I can’t tell you how good the guide was. His heart is with Real Madrid and it shows. His name was Aldo and was a perfect tour guide. He knew the answers to every question we asked, polite, friendly and an all round nice guy

The tour with Tomas was amazing. We were able to go in the VIP area of the stadium which is not always possible. We also were able to go on the field and take pictures. Good tour and good length for the price. We were Tomas first tour at the stadium and he made it feel like he has been doing this all of his life.
Our tour guide was Jose. I'm not a football fan, I went for my son but it was really interesting. Jose was perfect and the reason why it was interesting.

Tour took about 2 hours, our guide Jose was personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the stadium and Real Madrid. Saw the museum, the changing rooms, pitch and dugouts

This experience is a 10/10 and truly if I could rate it higher I would. Our tour guide Aldo was very knowledgeable, kind and did an exceptional job. He was even so kind to make sure that each one of us got the pictures we wanted and that they were to our liking. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Madrid. We loved it from start to finish. Our guide was prompt and very knowledgeable about Real Madrid and its history.it was obvious that he took a lot of pride in his role and the team. The stadium is awesome inspiring and the club has an impressive story. Made me even more excited for the upcoming La Liga season. This tour is every soccer player’s dream, especially seeing the locker room and press, to sitting in the players’ seats. 10/10!!!

As a long-time Viator customer, I’ve always had positive experiences booking tours through the platform, which made this experience especially disappointing. The guide’s handling of the meeting was highly unprofessional. The meeting point provided was incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. Even more concerning, the guide claimed he was at the designated meeting location when he clearly was not. I have time-stamped photos proving that I was at the stated meeting point and that the guide was not there at the time he claimed. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or making any effort to resolve the issue, the Turkish guide Osvan was aggressive and rude, stating he was doing us a favor by messaging us. The experience left my children extremely upset and confused. Lousy operators, recommend using someone else.
