The tour guide was amazing! Great experience
A must see when visiting Madrid. It’s a short tube ride from the city centre and the Bernabeu is an incredible stadium inside and out. The Spanish are very proud of their team and stadium and the tour really celebrates Real Madrid’s successes , of which there are many! Only slight moan was the duration of the tour, the group was really flagging towards the end and everyone was very keen to step out onto the pitch but it was 2 hours before we got to that point. Be prepared for many ‘professional’ photo opportunities and a huge merchandise shop.
I booked my tour thru Headout, Cost £49 adult ( Sept 2026 prices) so not cheap but worth it. I almost didn't make it but just with a minute to spare, met outside the stadium and we all went in, We all went to the top tier of the stadium, if you've got a wheel pram there is a lift, By the way there's a lot of stairs to the top, The guide took us thru the Museum and the trophy room and how the Bernabeu is used for other sports, Great to see Zinedine Zidane boots that he used scored a famous volley goal. We past thru pictures of the current players and had a bonus of seeing the coroperate box's as well, Also having a birds eye view of the pitch, Never got to see the players dressing rooms but it didn't both me. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable, The whole tour took rough 1hr and 45 mins.
Nice tour in the museum, lots to see. The main things to see as stadium and locker rooms great Just shame that the pitch was gone as the arena was preparing for NFL game so that took away a big chunk of feeling
Real Madrid museum has lots of histories and trophies to show. I was overwhelmed by info. A tip to get prepared to absorb like a sponge in the one and half tour hours to make your money worth.
Almu very good !! Great tour very nice and very informative overall 10/10
It is important to separate the components of this tour to give an accurate review. The stadium, museum, facilities and gift shop all deserve 5 stars. The “guided tour” part of this experience offered by Julia Travel is where it falls apart. Our guide did not share any in-depth information about anything on the tour. He merely announced each room as we entered it: “This is the entrance. This is the trophy hall. This is the change room. This is the press room”, etc. He also couldn’t answer our questions. The stadium and museum are set up to navigate oneself and there is no need for a guide. We learned everything we did on this tour by reading the information boards along the way and from a family member who joined us and who has been a RMFC supporter for over 40 years. Highly recommend the venue. But check the tour operator or go self-guided. TL:DR: Fantastic site, museum and shop. Guided part offered by Julia Tours was non-existent.
Enjoyed our visit to the Bernabeu stadium with our guide Paula! Tour was interesting & informative & not only was she very knowledgeable she also has some fun stories. Extra thanks to Paula for fascilitating my husband getting his bag back that he accidentally left at security!
What an iconic stadium tour, we were taken round by our guide Thomas, who is Scottish, lived in Spain 10 years, who was friendly from the outset, approachable & clearly passionate about the history of Real Madrid FC. A good mix of nationalities, about 20 people & he pitched the tour content at the right level also with some personal stories & light hearted participation to guess some football trivia associated with the club. Thomas led us through the trophy rooms, dressing rooms, the higher parts inside of the stadium to get great photos & then out through the tunnel, sitting in the dugout. His insights & description of the stadium gave us a feeling of actually been there on a match day! A first class tour guide in Thomas to supplement our wonderful experience, never to be forgotten - thank you.
Tbh was quite disappointed with the tour. Aside from not being able to see changing rooms, tunnel etc as there was a match on the next day )which we completely understand) we felt the whole tour was quite rushed and didn’t really have time to read any of the exhibits, look too closely or too long at any of the trophies or memorabilia. I think we’d have been better off just going around on our own, don’t think the guide added that much to the tour unfortunately. It was with Julia’s guided tours if that makes any difference.
Good tour but did feel rushed to go through the museum without looking at everything. Also, had a hard time understanding our tour guide
Guide met us timely and got us into the stadium. We quickly walked through many of the exhibits that were pretty self explanatory. We were then abruptly informed that our “tour” would continue without our guide. Unfortunately, he left us at a time where having a guide to answer questions about the stadium would have been helpful. When I reached out to the tour company about a partial refund - I was met with silence. This tour was to be the highlight of my son’s birthday trip and he was disappointed to not have his questions answered. I feel like we could have self navigated, at a lesser cost and disappointment.
This was not worth it. The guide was nice but really they just say “here is a room” and “here is a room”. Also it is misleading as you are told you will go on the pitch but then since there is a game tomorrow, we can’t go on the pitch. Definitely NOT worth $180CAD. Better to just go and sign up for a tour directly with the stadium.
It was such a great experience. A fantastic guide!
There is a lot to see on the tour which the guide will take you through quite quickly to make sure you see everything.
Almu was an awesome tour guide - she knows her Real Madrid history and was friendly and fun! Highly recommend the tour and Almu.
It was great to see so much football history.
We got stuck in traffic for a half hour and could not reach our guide. We arrived 3 minutes late and missed the group. I don't blame the guide or Trip Advisor; just an unfortunate event.
Paula was incredible! We were honored to be in her last group and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of Real Madrid!
A fascinating experience for any Real Madrid fan — or anyone interested in football and big stadiums. We did the English-language tour at 11am last Saturday and were lucky to have a fantastic tour guide. She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable and upbeat, and really brought the history and atmosphere of the stadium to life. She clearly knew her stuff and made the whole tour feel engaging and fun. It was brilliant to get access to areas you wouldn’t normally see, including the changing rooms, press area and the sidelines. Being able to stand in these spaces and imagine the biggest games taking place around you was definitely a highlight. It does seem that there are several different tour options available, with some people getting to go onto the pitch and others having food included, so it’s worth doing your research before booking to make sure you choose the experience that suits you. The only part we didn’t particularly enjoy was the beginning of the tour, where the memorabilia, trophies and other exhibits are displayed. It was simply far too busy when we visited. It seemed that some people may have been doing a more unguided version of the tour, so there wasn’t much movement through these areas and they became very crowded. This made it difficult to properly appreciate some of the displays. The Real Madrid shop is absolutely enormous — and I don’t think you need a tour ticket to visit it — so any Real Madrid fan is guaranteed to find something to tempt them. We also stopped at the Starbucks at the end of the visit. If you head upstairs, you get a fantastic view directly onto the pitch. Apparently it’s the first Starbucks with views like this, and it’s a great place to finish the experience. Overall, definitely worth doing, particularly if you’re a Real Madrid fan. And if you get a guide as enthusiastic and knowledgeable as ours, it makes the experience even better.
Good. Really enjoyed the experience
I loved every inch of it! It’s worthy
See Real Madrid's massive trophy collection, including all 15 European Cups and interactive historical displays.
Best tour guide so sweet and funny
The Stadium itself is absolutely beautiful and impressive, def a must see! We didn’t have a lot of luck with our guide tho, I think they only gave her 1:30 hours for the entire visit which is NOT enough to manage the entire group and go through all the places! Very rushed experience, and I wouldn’t have chosen it if I knew I could book directly from the Stadium!
Our tour guide Almu was amazing ! Very informative & kept it interesting. 10000 stars will absolutely recommend her & the tour to anyone & everyone
Almu was fantastic! Tour is well worth it even if you’re a neutral fan!
This was booked 2 months in advance as this is a holiday we were on we went to the stadium to do the tour we were told to come back in 20 minutes as there was a match still on we came back and then were sent all around the stadium and no one could tell us where to go to start the tour after over an hour of going around we were then told there was no tour that day we weren’t informed about the previous to coming to the stadium the staff were unbelievably rude and disrespectful laughing like it was a joke and no one would take an accountability horrible experience
Had an awesome tour of the stadium, Paola was very knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. If I come back to Madrid I will book again and ask for Paola again to see Real Madrids museum when it’s completely refurbished.
Boring. We were expecting a tour focused on the stadium itself, the architecture, design history and field logistics rather than on the museum of championship history. Seeing the field first hand was the highlight. Anyone taking a tour should be ready to walk up and down a lot of stairs.
Excellent tour, very intetest
Excelente! Super recomendable!
Absolutely amazing experience! The Bernabéu Stadium Tour was one of the highlights of our time in Madrid. Our tour guide Julia was amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly. The stadium is incredible, and it was fascinating to see the history, trophies, and legacy of Real Madrid up close. Walking through such an iconic stadium was unforgettable, even if you’re not a huge soccer fan. Everything was well organized and definitely worth visiting. A must-do while in Madrid! ⚽️🤍🏟️
Guide very informative and a must see stadium. Good to see the different areas. Would definitely recommend.
Very good tour, great guide whose English was excellent. Only thing I’d recommend is check if a game is on the day or the day after (the grass will be out) if not you will be able to go in the changing rooms.
Amazing experience and very informative.
This is a fantastic way to take in the history of Real Madrid all while getting to experience what I think is one of the most iconic venues in all of sport. Our guide (Almu) was fantastic.
Almu did a terrific job. Great energy!
Booked a last minute tour and Almu was attentive, straight to the point and so informative. She took us around effortlessly and truly had all the facts.
The stadium its self was great but our suppsidly expert your guide did not really give us much content when in person. We had the headphones in to hear him but literally only said maybe 6 things about the history of the team and that was it, very dry. Just buy regular tickets to see the your don't get a guide they were not helpful
The world's greatest sports arena. Home to.the world's biggest football club. The stadium and trophy museum will take your breath away. Truly majestic
Almu did a great job on our tour.
We didn’t get to go on the tour. They didn’t want to refund me my money back. After I told them I’d be running late. They still refuse to try and at least give me my money back. And we contacted them multiple times that we’d be running a few minutes late. Afterwards, we were able to do the Tour independently because we bought tickets specifically there at the stadium and it actually turned out to be cheaper
This was an amazing tour by Viator. We got to experience what Real Museum and Bernabéu stadium had to offer. Enjoyed this English guided tour and recommend to any non Spanish speaker visiting Madrid and a true fan of Real Madrid.
Amazing tour - tour guide was Gigi and she was incredible, really knowledgable and super entertaining. Would definitely recommend
Gi gi was amazing Very funny and informative The time went by quickly because she was so entertaining
Gigi made the Tour so much fun ☺️ totally recommend ❤️
Amu was excellent! She was very thorough and kind. Recommend the tour.
JJ was absolutely brilliant. Organised, from start to finish. The inside facts and knowledge she shared with us we’d never have known had we done the tour alone. Meeting was easy , JJs vibrant dress code matched her personality. So easy to talk to, funny and quirky. I would 100% recommend this tour. I went with my 11 year old son who is football crazy, he was given an experience he will have forever.
