The sweet meat from desk staff allowed us to check in 4 hours advance of check in time. After travelling on red eye flight that was tremendous benefit. Clean and crisp room and new hotel feels. Close to airport and 7 min way from metro station
We had a family room connected which was really superb for us (5 people). The location is a bit far from city Center but this was known to us. Overall friendly staff and good service The restaurant food could be a bit better.
We stayed only one night but had such a pleasant time here. The staff was very nice and respectful. Great value and reasonable price. Thank you for the great service.
The air conditioning sounded like a helicopter taking off. I was so tired I managed to fall asleep, but woke up 4-5 times due to the noise (made a video for it when I awoke one of those times)… The breakfast was nice. For anyone coming here to rest or a light sleeper, I would advise to avoid at all costs. Before coming, I called the hotel and tried all options (1,2,3) but got disconnected every time without anyone answering.
The hotel is situated in the northern part of Madrid, offering convenient access to public transportation, making it relatively easy to reach the city center and other attractions, it takes some time though. The room was big, not the cleanest ever, scarce amenities and it had a really strong smell, it seemed smoke but it got better later in the evening, not that quiet either. The continental breakfast was the best part of the stay, plenty of choice and good quality. It's "okay", the hotel meets basic expectations without any standout features and the staff was average friendly.
