Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid

My stay at the Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid was exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was beautifully done, from the room and impeccable service to the wonderful location and extraordinary attention to detail. What made the hotel particularly special for me, however, was its sense of history. It is woven so naturally throughout the property, in the beautiful furniture, the art, the architecture, and the countless details that give the hotel a genuine sense of place and character. Nothing feels generic. I was constantly reminded that I was staying somewhere with a story. The staff were gracious, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay, and every detail seemed considered without ever feeling overly formal. It is a rare hotel that manages to feel both elegant and genuinely comfortable. Madrid gave me many wonderful memories, and my stay at the Wellington was certainly among them. I would return without hesitation and cannot recommend it highly enough.

An excellent hotel, fantastic service, ideal location and made my holiday an absolute dream. This hotel deserves all the praise. The staff are so welcoming, efficient and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was lovely and helpful. The pool area was fantastic to cool down and relax after we got back from visiting the museums on a hot summer day.

Had an amazing time at the Wellington staying a few days with my mother in the city. I loved the pool and terrace and their meeting rooms they offered to watch the World Cup. Great hotel. Only interesting observation is they service the room 2-3 times a day, so it’s sometimes was difficult to plan around remote work. But not a big deal. Already recommended this hotel to other friends while we visit family in Spain
