Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay! The entire staff here is absolutely amazing and so friendly. Everyone from the reception desk to housekeeping and the guest experience team was incredibly polite and helpful. A special thank you to the concierge team for being extra amazing and taking such good care of us. We felt so welcome sice we arrived until we left!
Stayed here for a couple of nights. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at home. Warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with everything from luggage to restaurant recommendations. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, a great view, and thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Housekeeping was flawless every single day. The pool was fantastic. Clean, inviting, perfectly maintained, with comfortable loungers and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax for hours. Honestly, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back, and we can't recommend it highly enough!
My favorite hotel in Madrid! If you are used to The Four Seasons, a great place to come. Their service is impeccable and over five star! Beautiful views, good size suite, and an excellent sky bar with a beautiful sunset view and an amazing DJ, even with live bongo drums. We definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an elevated stay close to Gran Via, but in a quieter area.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at VP Plaza España. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everyone made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with amazing views that made our stay even more special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location for exploring Madrid. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
A flawless stay from start to finish. I stayed at VP Plaza España while attending a conference in Madrid and honestly, it was perfect. The hotel is beautifully designed, elegant without being pretentious, and incredibly well located. The service was outstanding throughout — warm, professional, efficient and genuinely attentive. Every detail felt well thought through, which makes such a difference when travelling for work. The food was also excellent: fresh, beautifully presented and consistently high quality. Whether it was breakfast, coffee between meetings, or a proper meal, everything was spot on. A special mention must go to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It managed to feel both polished and welcoming — exactly what you want when balancing business, travel and a bit of downtime. Highly recommended. I would happily return, whether for work or leisure.
