I've been to the hotel a few times; it's a great hotel in a central location, very clean, and offers great service. The rooms have a lot of space. Really, I don't have any bad words to say; I love it here and will always come back. I really recommend it.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish! Every day we came back to a spotless, beautifully cleaned room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Marc and Roberto, who were truly outstanding. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They consistently went above and beyond our expectations and were extremely professional and service-oriented. Their positive attitude and dedication made a huge difference and played a big part in making our stay so memorable. Thanks to them, our experience was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This hotel was a beautiful surprise. Heritage features combined with theatrical theming in the rooms. I chose a terrace room and, wow, it was spectacular. On the 10th floor with views across Madrid and along the Gran Via itself. The rooftop bar and terrace was also a delight and a very chilled space to spend a few hours catching up with friends or enjoying a solitary drink. Reception were extremely welcoming and friendly and always happy to help. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are a theatregoer but it is also well located to take in the other Madrid highlights. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Hotel was awesome bed a little hard but nothing crazy, staff super friendly and informative! Special thanks to our waitress Valentina from the rooftop which was so amazing and super nice and the rooftop is over the top nice!! Awesome view!! Super recommend it!! 👌
The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location was very convenient and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and provided great service. The breakfast was fairly good with a decent variety. The only surprising point was that water was not complimentary and had to be paid for separately. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying there.
