The hotel has no lobby, which is inconvenient. However, the biggest issue is the nightclub right next door. It operates from midnight until 6:00 AM, and the loud music can be clearly heard inside the hotel rooms throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. This is a major drawback, especially for guests expecting a quiet and comfortable stay.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this hotel Unfortunately, my stay at Vincci Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. First of all, there was construction noise during our stay, which made it extremely difficult to rest. Else, the staff didn’t do anything to stop the noise, the only thing they could say was - “We hope it will stop tomorrow.” And you know what? It didn’t stop but started even harder the next day at 8 o’clock. This was already very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for the accommodation. But the most frustrating part happened after check-out. The hotel initially told me that the two bottles of water were complimentary, but later I received a charge for a packet of chips from the minibar, which I absolutely did not consume or use. I did not even notice this item among the products in the room. I questioned the charge and asked how they could be certain that the item was actually there when I checked into the room. The hotel eventually refunded the amount, but described this as a “gesture of goodwill.” In my opinion, this is not a gesture of goodwill — it is simply a refund of a charge that was made to my account without my knowledge or authorization. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with my experience. The combination of construction noise, lack of proper communication, and an unexpected minibar charge left a very negative impression. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard and would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Fantastic location, downtown, right outside a metro station and bus stops, EL Corte Ingles is also next door, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Spacious clean rooms, safe, fridge, hair dryer available plus shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, a shower cap, comb and a bathroom sponge. AC can keep the room at a very low temperature despite the heat outside. The breakfast has a huge variety of food and a dedicated gluten free corner with gluten free bread, pastries and a dedicated toaster (bravo), plant based yogurt and soy milk also available. Allergens are clearly marked on the food labels. It's a buffet though so cross contamination is possible, get there at the very beginning of breakfast to be safe that the serving utensils are not contaminated. Service is also good.

Great location, friendly service, the rest is falling apart, noisy, broken and frankly misrepresented on booking. If the state of this hotel would have even shown honestly I wouldn’t have booked here. You can hear your next door and upstairs neighbor every move. The whole hotel feels like it’s falling apart. Old blood spots on the bedsheets. Room AC makes loud rattling sound.
