Villa Real

What a brilliant, blissfully curated stay. Honestly 10 out of 5 stars. Perfect location and dreamy rooms. And the staff, those are the real stars of this place. What a lovely pleasure to make someone feel that they are right where they belong, at home even. Eternally grateful for such marvelous experience!

Lovely, well-appointed hotel/museum in the center of everything. Restaurants and shops nearby for evening, parks and museums just as close for daytime tourism or strolls. I stayed here on a long layover and it was an easy trip from the airport and perfect to see a bit of the city. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was very nice so I'd consider asking if one of those is available. The plunge pool on the roof is a nice spot for a tranquil cool down in the afternoon

An overall excellent experience. Terrific rooms that are very clean and well maintained. The staff was the difference from good to great though. Every staff member was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. Close to nice restraints and easy to walk through Madrid for the museums and sites. Highly recommend!

We travel extensively and usually stay in a 4 start or a 5 star properties. This hotel stands out in service level and I can say with confidence that I have never seen this level of service in over 200 hotels we have stayed till date in North America, Europe, Asia and other continents. The reason this hotel stands out is because this hotel staff goes above and beyond and genuinely serve customers from their heart. Great location, breakfast is amazing and staff serving the food is really good and takes care of their guests, check in was efficient and very polite staff everywhere. There is nothing which I can say negative or improvement required as everything was perfect. I will highly recommend and will try their hotel and other properties for future travel.
