The Palace is our favorite hotel in Madrid. Alejandro and the entire team made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, making the whole experience effortless. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Every detail reflects the care and pride the team puts into creating a first-class guest experience. A special thank you to Alejandro for his outstanding hospitality. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made us feel incredibly welcome. Without question, this is our top choice whenever we’re staying in Madrid. We can’t wait to come back!
Lovely stay and staff. We had a terrible experience with upstairs neighbors and they moved us (after a couple of calls). My point being they fixed the problem for us upon request. Location is great, restaurant is gorgeous and recently renovated.

While they currently do not offer Afternoon Tea during this period, they mentioned that they will be bringing it back in the future. They also noted that they have another boutique hotel where Afternoon Tea might be available. Considering the premium, strategic location in Madrid and the upscale experience, the prices are very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an elegant, peaceful, and historic experience in Madrid!
The Palace Hotel Madrid was the perfect way to begin our trip in Spain. Even though we stayed for only one night, we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very elegant, and everything was spotless and super clean. What made the stay even more special was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful at all times. From check-in to check-out, we really felt comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm, luxurious, and relaxing, exactly what we needed after traveling. The location was also excellent and made it easy to enjoy Madrid right away. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!
