Great property. Stayed in the club level room and it was newly renovated and very stylish. No bath tub but very spacious shower. Service was very polite and helpful. You get access to the executive lounge with all day snacks and drinks. Highly rated this property except it's not that convenient for tourist attractions

The club (the levels) at this hotel is possibily the best we have experienced in the world. There is an incredible amount of food available all day, and the lounge stays open until late. Service in the lounge is also very good. The pool area itself is good but would be better with more seating (there is the space available for more seats). The bedrooms are fine. They are looking a bit tired in a few areas (ie the shower leaks) but nothing terrible. The location of the hotel is a solid 30 minute train ride from the centre and the train is crowded and hot. We found lots of good places to eat near the hotel.
A mixed experience – could be great, but needs improvement Our family spent a long weekend at The Level. The hotel has good potential: rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and beds comfortable. Most staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent — just a short walk from Bernabéu and about 20 minutes from the main attractions. Taxis are available 24/7, and the airport transfer took only 25 minutes even in rush hour. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. The air conditioning in one room was completely broken and couldn’t be fixed, so we had to change rooms late in the evening with kids. The safety box also malfunctioned, giving error messages while opening and closing, which was stressful with valuables inside. One day, we returned to find our room door left open — probably by housekeeping. Nothing was stolen, but it was worrying, especially since elevators work without key cards. For families, there were safety concerns: water from the taps was dangerously hot, and one child burned his neck in the shower. The sliding bathroom doors were also unsafe, as they close freely and can easily injure fingers — one of our kids got hurt. Staff at the Level reception were kind, though restaurant (at the Level lounge) service favored Spanish speakers. However, none of the issues were acknowledged at check-out, and no one asked how our stay had been — which was disappointing after such events. Overall, The Level could be a true 5-star experience, but due to these issues, it felt more like 3.5 stars.
I would rate it a 100 if I could, stayed for 2 weeks at the LEVEL and it exceeded my expectation way, way far, that I extended my stay for another week while searching for an apartment in Madrid! Absolutely LOVED everything about it, the service, the rooms, the attention to details, but if something has stood out the most for me is the staff, all of them, nice, kind and welcoming, I mean they became like a family in a way that I've never thought of. Elvaro, Miguel, Paulina, Maria, Pelin and Laura. Love you and thank you for everything ,,, It was a pleasure meeting you all, and I am going to miss you dearly my friends!
Well I don’t normally give 5 star reviews because I always believe something can be improved. I will give this hotel 5 stars because they gave me and my partner 5 star service. It was unbelievable stay for 5 nights, from arriving to departing we were made to feel welcome and served. When we arrived we were not sure where ‘the level’ check in area was, then a staff member came over to us and asked if we were ok and I said I was looking for the level, and he went above and beyond (I did not get his name) and took my case and showed us physically where to go. The service is on another level, at breakfast the waiters/waitress’s were outstanding looked after all their guests. All the staff that we came across are a credit to this hotel and company. The private lounge for the level guests is so relaxing, you get drinks and snacks all day and I mean all day. They provide spirit/liquor drinks from 6pm - 9pm every evening, and Daniel I think his name was, is an unbelievable service staff and what lovely person from Caracas Venezuela, I hope he achieves his dreams in the future. Madrid is a beautiful city it really really is we will be back and back to this amazing hotel for sure. You have to book the level service to get the private Lounge etc.
