Tach Hotel Madrid Airport

Excellent location for the airport, being only 7 minutes drive away. But in a quiet neighbourhood, you'd never know you were so close. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and staff professional and friendly. The price was excellent also.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and it was unbearable. I went to the front desk and asked if we could be moved to a different room, but they told us there was nothing they could do. The customer service was terrible. There were two employees at the front desk, yet they couldn’t accommodate a simple room change. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed for two days. The hotel room was okay. Room light are very dim. We had a very bad internet reception. But you can get full reception in the lobby… while we were here the heat was very high so we decided to eat dinner at the restaurant it was okay…good for a short stay..

This hotel is near a metro station and a bus stop if you need to quickly reach the airport in less than 10 minutes or to reach downtown in 45 minutes. The staff were friendly when we arrived. We were in a quadruple room and the room was large for 3 guests. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the A/C system was working, and it was quiet. The bathroom was large with a separate bathtub and shower. The check in and check out process was quick and there were no issues. There's also a grocery store nearby. I highly recommend staying here.
