We stayed one night, but we had to change the room later at night, because AC was not working, then we were moved to another room, turned out the bidet was leaking the whole night, when we got up in the morning the floor was flooded with water. Also there need some serious maintenance, as our new room had bathroom roof falling off. The biggest constructive criticism, one can give, please write and put the labels in your buffet what you are offering, there was no information about what where they serving, example, what kind of sausage/Salami meat, egg varieties etc, because some people have food restrictions like gluten and lactose. It's very inconvenient to ask everytime someone about each food what it has. One note, guests appreciate a decent coffee in the morning when they book the place with breakfast. Unfortunately, there is alot of room to improve when it comes to coffee. There is perfectly working barista grate coffee right in the breakfast area, perhaps the hotel can offer a cup of freshly made coffee to the guest for a small price, people who like good coffee in the morning, will definitely appreciate a nice option by the hotel.

I stayed on the 4th floor. I loved the fact that the sky light opened for fresh air and an electronic blind to darken the room. Handy location to chocolate churros and bocadillo de calamares and supermarket and art museums.
I visited this hotel for a city break and wasn't disappointed. Upon arrival, the receptionists were very helpful and informative. Hotel is down a quiet street with very little noise outside and is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The whole hotel is spotless and rooms are very spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. The only thing I would mention is the breakfast wasn’t the best we had it for 5 days on our visit but only visited it twice. it was very repetitive and could of been changed up daily and the fruit and pastries was left sitting out making them go stale and hard. If this was improved then it would be brilliant
The hotel was very clean and the room was lovely had a coffee machine in it you could use and a mini bar if wanted to and it was fairly cheap. Located right in the middle of madrid within walking distance from everything and restaurants near by too. Service from all hotel staff was friendly and helpful and they even let us store our luggage there once we had checked out so we could explore while waiting to leave for the airport. The only down side to this hotel would be the breakfast , we had it included in our booking the breakfast was very poor. We went twice out of the 4 days we was there it was the same food everyday and dry pastries and left out fruit if this was improved for further visits it would be 5*
I recently stayed at Soho Boutique Congreso in Madrid and overall had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and looks newly renovated — the interior design is warm, modern, and very inviting. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, and they made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room itself was a decent size, with a comfortable and well-equipped bathroom. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The only downsides were that my room faced the internal patio, and unfortunately it was located above the kitchen. During cooking hours, some food smells would come into the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. I would recommend choosing a room facing the street instead if possible. Also, the soundproofing could be improved — you can easily hear people in the hallway, and I imagine they can hear what’s happening inside the room as well. The location of the hotel, however, is absolutely fantastic — close to many attractions and great restaurants. The breakfast was decent: not a huge variety, but enough for a quick and satisfying start to the day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness and design make it a great choice for anyone visiting Madrid.
