I went with a group of friends for a weekend in Madrid. It was fantastic. Two floors, several bedrooms, and a sofa bed. The whole apartment is quite spacious, quiet, and very well located. You can walk to the city center (Sol) or take the metro, as one of the main lines is right next door. Being on a high floor, you have beautiful views of Madrid from the living room.
Absolutely loved it, spacious apartment, very clean, all amenities, easy and early check in, great price , perfect location. Honestly I have zero complaints which is extremely rare, I would 100% come here again when I visit Madrid again.
Loved it. Excellent location, clean, spacious, good customer service by phone. It is located in a busy street but the nose isolation is very good.
Pros: Very Roomy, Very Clean, Nice Neighborhood, TV with Apps, Lots of Outlets Cons: Broken Dryer, Terrible Sofa, No Windows, No WiFi Upstairs We were in apartment 5C for 2 nights. The code/door unlock was a little tricky at first, but you get used to it. There is a full kitchen with everything we needed. A combo washer/dryer. 2 bathrooms. A stand-up shower. 2 twin beds and a pull-out sofa. TV in the living room with all apps. A safe. An iron, ironing board and hangers. I chose this apartment partly for location and partly for the washer/dryer, because this was the halfway point of our trip and I need to do laundry to get us through the next 6 days. There are no instructions for any of the appliances. I had to watch YouTube videos just to get the washer going, and after an hour of attempting to dry the clothes, I read other reviews that explained the dryer was broke. This was not convenient at all. We had to hang our clothes to dry all over the apartment. The only TV in the apartment is in the living room, but the sofa is terrible to sit on. The cushions are always sliding out from under you. We had to pull out the bed just to be comfortable. The wifi connection is great in the living room, but the second you start walking up the stairs, you lose it completely. There is zero wifi connection on the 2nd level. I really appreciated the iron and ironing board, since the cheap travel iron I bought for this trip never worked. The beds are super comfortable! And extra pillows and comforter were also provided. We never heard or saw another person in the building, other than the elevator running occasionally from inside our apartment. The location was great! 10 minute taxi ride to some good sites. Only a few minutes walking to Steakburger and PizzArt (
We just arrived at the hotel. Terrible depressing rooms. There is no connection between the atmosphere reflected in images posted on the Internet and reality. They publish photos from camera angles that are very flattering to rooms that look spacious and bright, and the front of a beautiful hotel that faces the street and allegedly represents a "city view." In practice? Small dark rooms with windows for aisle / staircase. Horror. The service is very bad, not answering emails. We called and asked someone to upgrade the room for a fee, but there was simply no one to talk to - I was sent an email, promised to talk to the owner, hung up and disappeared .... We called again and there was no answer. Then we received an email that they were sorry. To this hotel. I am considering suing them.
