Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto

This hotel should be called “Sercotel 1h15 from Madrid airport” It’s meant to be 10min drive from terminal 4, BUT: - 1h queue at the taxi line. - the hotel shuttle only every 45min - the hotel shuttle takes 30min to do the 10min journey because it waits at all the different terminals, that were empty, instead of just dropping you off quickly at the nearby hotel. I exited the airport at 23:05, I was at the hotel at 0:30!!! Of course I arrive with two sleeping children. I ask for help at the reception, they laugh at me. Luckily some enthusiastic Australian guest was kind enough to help me. The rooms are shit but that is expected from a “hotel airport”. The part I didn’t expect: spending more than 1h to get from the airport to the “hotel airport”

Quick walk from the metro. Comfy beds. Great AC. Great wifi. Very quiet. Delicious food in very walkable distance. Very large room and amazing shower.

Close to the Barajas Madrid Airport, perfect for people with overnight stays in Madrid. They offer a free shuttle. Rooms are great and quiet. The receptionist was wonderful, provided great guidance and even checked the balance in my bus card with his phone. The breakfast is good enough.

Very nice, comfortable, modern hotel with great customer service from check in to departure, especially from our server in the restaurant, Fran. He was super efficient, helpful and friendly. He helped us enjoy our dinner meal even more.
