This is a late review of our stay in early June 2025 during our honeymoon.
We had a really great experience from start to finish. When we arrived, we were welcomed to sit down for some lovely champagne while being provided really helpful information of the city. This was especially useful as it was our first time in Madrid.
The staff were very friendly, and our entire stay was very pleasant. Our room was very spacious and everything was just right. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid!
Fantastic hotel. Spent 2 weeks in July 2026 here. All of the staff are wonderfully hospitable and kind. The hotel is elegant and quiet. It’s a 40 minute walk to city center but taxis and transport are very easy to organize. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Spain. Great restaurants located in close proximity to hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Boutique style - stunning interiors. A real find. Just hope it doesn’t get too popular!
Stayed at Heritage Hotels during my time in Madrid and honestly couldn't have picked a better spot. The location is a huge advantage, unlike the packed center where getting an Uber is a nightmare with all the restricted streets and traffic, this area is super easy to get around from. Quick pickups, no hassle, and you're still well-connected to everything.
Juan, the hotel manager, is fantastic — attentive, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. The rest of the staff matched that energy too. Would definitely recommend.
I didn’t quite know what kind of hotel I was looking for on my quick trip to Madrid, but I ended up finding heaven - and then some - at this absolute gem of a property.
The neighborhood alone won me over, with plenty of unique, local shops just steps away, easy airport transfers, and excellent public transportation connections.
And the hotel itself … where to begin. If charming, historic boutique hotels filled with thoughtful, whimsical interior design are your thing, this is THE place. The atmosphere is cozy yet sophisticated, dreamy without feeling precious. Both the public spaces and the rooms are beautifully appointed and full of character.
The staff truly elevate the experience. The General Manager is EXCEPTIONAL and genuinely guest-focused, and that mindset clearly filters through the entire team. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and authentic.
Food was superb throughout my stay, adding yet another highlight to an already memorable experience. I genuinely cannot praise this hotel enough. - It’s a place I would return to in a heartbeat!
