Be very careful if you book parking at this hotel through Parclick. I booked parking for several days and only later realized that the Basic Pass allows only one entry and one exit. This means that once you take your car out, you cannot return to the parking without paying again. Because parking in central Madrid is extremely difficult and expensive, I had no realistic choice but to leave my car in the garage for my entire stay and use taxis instead. I ended up spending more than €100 on taxis, despite already paying almost €100 for parking. The condition may exist in the booking details, but in my opinion it is not displayed prominently enough considering how significantly it changes the service. If you plan to use your car during your stay, do not choose this parking unless you fully understand the Basic Pass restrictions. I hope this review helps other travelers avoid the same costly mistake.

A fantastic hotel good for travelers with families. The staff is attentive, helpful, and courteous, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds that ensure a restful night. Breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of both warm and cold options. The location is also ideal, just a 7-minute walk from Atocha train station, making it perfect for exploring the city. They even contacted me about an item that I forgot, that was a really nice gesture! I will definitely stay here again.
Not sure if it is really a 4-star hotel…I guess just because it is a bit new compared to other hotel? No free water and no electric kettle which are quite disappointing as a 4-star hotel… Although the hotel seems close to Atocha station, it takes more than 10 mins to reach to the hotel. However, the staff are nice and friendly which is the only things that deserves the 4 star title.
This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Atocha Station. The hotel has 4 elevators, the room is clean and medium sized, a spacious bathroom, the employees are polite and professional. It also has a restaurant, which I did not try, but there are a couple of cafes nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Aesthetically pleasing, especially if you like marble. Good but not great in other areas. The bed was saggy, but the bathroom was good and the room large. Certainly adequate for a short stay. The main problem is that the cleaning crew has zero consideration for the guests' peace. They bang and slam starting very early and go on for hours.
