Nice, well decorated hotel. The rooms have everything you may need. The complimentary water fountain on each floor is a nice touch. The rooftop has a great view.
The service is great, the woman that checked us in was very friendly.
Unfortunately during my stay I had a medical emergency that required me to get to the hospital late at night. The night service was very helpful, they helped me find a taxi. Later they also made sure that my girlfriend can prolong her stay and keep the same room while I was in the hospital. Would recommend!

This hotel has a perfect location close to the Atoucha station and Gran Via is a walking distance.
The rooms are well spacious considering its europe and very clean. The service was quick and amazing.

Great place to stay while visiting Madrid! Centrally located at walkable distance from all the major museums and city centre sites. The hotel is nicely furnished, very modern. Rooms are very comfortable and well isolated. Really appreciated the in room coffee machine and kettle for tea along with the purified water station on each floor and the fresh fruit at reception. Service was great! Thank you Mary and Saska at front desk and the rest of the team for such a lovely stay!
