Great experience! Conveniently across from the park and walking distance from restaurants. Room was comfortable and front desk was very helpful throughout our stay.

The staff is fantastic and the location is very good. However, I don’t really know I can call it a 4 star hotel when the headboard is peeling off like this. I forgot to take a picture but the drain cover in the shower was also loose and I almost slip on it when it became loose. The staff and service definitely make this place great. However with some very minor improvements I think this place could definitely be excellent.

This is a great choice to stay at while visiting Madrid. The location is hard to beat, right across from El Retiro Park and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. It’s very convenient to go for a morning/afternoon walk/run. And some of the rooms have a nice view of the park. It’s a walking distance from many museums, restaurants, and shopping options. There’s a nice breakfast buffet offered at extra cost. The rooms and clean, modern and spacious and room service is done on a daily basis. The hotel is generally quiet and relaxing. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. One area of improvement is including a gym in the building.

Just stayed two nights here in June . The positives. Location is what sells the Hotel!! without the location and the staff, it wouldn’t have anything to offer. I looked over the balcony into the Retiro Park. It was very nice to wake up too. The service is very good ; Very attentive reception staff and especially a big shout out to Tarek who was amazing in providing good suggestions of food and beverage places to visit and such a nice guy. The breakfast is very good, and is very plentiful. The negatives, I think the Hotel trades on its location far too much. I paid €600 two nights . yes it’s a good location but with the quality of the rooms , it does not merit this amount. There was paint and wallpaper ripped off both on the walls and the ceiling. also the shower half worked, and the drain plug was broken and open, which if I’ve had my daughter in the hotel room I would’ve been worried she hurt herself. Lastly , the aircon isn’t great and cuts out a lot. I did complain to the staff and was given an email to the general manager who hasn’t still replied. This isn’t good enough in the age of digital customer service.The Reception staff shrugged and said it’s due a renovation, but this still isn’t good enough! Unless it gets renovated, I would not recommend people to stay here for that price category.
