We loved our stay! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nico, Cris, Fati & Pilar. Breakfast was amazing! The best food we had in Madrid. Virginia was such a pleasure! I will be returning at the end of my trip for another night before I return home.
The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. This hotel's location was perfect and the rate was reasonable. The staff was very nice and we're easy to communicate with. However next time id skip their breakfast and go to the many lovely cafes nearby.
We had a wonderful stay! The room was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was great with many options including warm dishes. And the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Elizabeth Virginia! It’s not in the exact center of Madrid, but it’s close to many museums and restaurants. So a less touristic. We’ll definitely come back!
We had a wonderful stay at Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the main attractions and easy to get around from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. We would happily stay here again!
Our stay was incredible! Our room had a beautiful terrace where we spent the evening after a long travel day. The staff were so kind and helpful. Shout out to Fátima, Cici, and Carlos! They helped us call a taxi, with our bags, and even opening a bottle of wine. Thanks so much for everything!
