Our stay at Only YOU Hotel Atocha in Madrid was absolutely delightful! ✨ From the moment we arrived, the hotel had such a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. The beautiful design, thoughtful details and warm hospitality made it feel special.
The location is fantastic for exploring Madrid, and after a day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable and inviting hotel. Everything felt effortlessly chic, with just the right touch of Spanish character.
What really stood out was the wonderful service and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer and enjoy every moment.

We only got here this morning but I am super impressed with the hotel. The service is fantastic. While we were checking in, one of the bellboys brought us lime infused water. We were very early to check in as we had a super early flight into Madrid. They got a room ready for us. Then the bellboy took all our luggage upstairs for us while we were talking with the concierge. It was still breakfast time so we went up to rooftop restaurant and a scrumptious meal 😋. The room is very beautiful and all amenities are there that are needed.
Great hotel. Fantastic location. €5 bus from airport brings straight to hotel. Also located right next to the train station which was great for us as we were traveling onwards from Madrid to Malaga.
Rooms were really nice. Modern decor , hairdryer / hair straightener etc in the room. Good shower. Clean.
Breakfast was fantastic great selection and good coffee.
Would highly recommend.
Only slight criticism is our room lacked natural daylight but other than that it was great.

Staying at Only You was an absolute dream from start to finish! The service here goes far beyond standard hospitality—it is truly personal, warm, and attentive.
Right from the start, we were greeted with a welcoming drink at the stunning rooftop restaurant and treated to delicious gourmet chocolates in the room. The room itself was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.
The highlight, however, was the incredible staff. On one of our days, I asked for directions, and the front desk attendant didn't just point on a map—they actually walked me to the location without a second thought. That level of kindness and dedication is rare.
A flawless 10/10 experience. I cannot recommend Only You enough and will definitely be back!
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The location is excellent — very central and within easy reach of everything, which made exploring the city so convenient.
The room was comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the extra amenities like the gym and even an on-site barber shop, which was a nice touch. The bar downstairs had a lovely atmosphere and was a great place to unwind.
The only downside is that everything is on the pricey side,and it is quite noisy in the immediate area but overall the quality, service, and experience were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again.
