Novotel Madrid Center

A really nice hotel in the heart of Madrid, where the highly professional service is on the first place. Also, only 15 mins drive from the airport by taxi. I can fully recommend not only for business trips, but also family weekend stays in the Spain's capital

We had a brilliant stay at Novotel Madrid Center and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We were travelling with our two young boys, one of whom has additional needs, so finding a hotel that’s comfortable, welcoming and in a good location makes a massive difference to us. From the moment we arrived we felt at ease. The room was spotless, comfortable and had plenty of space for the four of us. The breakfast was excellent every morning with loads of choice, so everyone managed to find something they liked, which isn’t always easy with young kids! The location is absolutely fantastic. It’s so easy to get around Madrid from the hotel, whether you’re using the Metro or just heading out for a walk. We managed to see so much during our stay, and if anything we’ve realised we need to come back because there’s still loads left to explore. We’ll definitely be using Novotel Madrid Center as our base again. A huge thank you to every member of staff. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They should all give themselves a pat on the back because they’re doing a fantastic job. We’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid, whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends or as a family like us. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent hotel with a great location, within walking distance of Retiro Park and close to a metro station and public transportation. We stayed in a room where we couldn't hear any city noise, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was very pleasant, with a kind, attentive, and welcoming team. The reception staff were also extremely courteous and always willing to help. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel with outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

4 star hotel with a nice location and service but the rooms are disaster. We were on the fourth floor yet no natural light whatsoever in like a hole of sorts. It was 9 - 10 am yet the room was dark as night. The window did not open all the way and there was only one small window in the toilet that you could open and so getting fresh air was also a struggle. The hotel service was good and it was clean. And also the water pressure in the shower was awful.
