Nh Madrid Zurbano

We had a pleasant stay at NH Zurbano overall. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are beautifully maintained, comfortable, and nicely designed. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, which definitely made a good first impression. The reception staff were kind and polite, although I feel the service at the front desk could be a little more attentive and proactive. The staff were friendly, but at times we felt that a bit more attention to guests and their requests would have made the experience even better. The main issue for us, however, was the noise. I would not particularly recommend this hotel for people who are sensitive to noise or light sleepers. During our stay, we could hear noises from different directions, including sounds from the corridor and other rooms. The overall sound insulation could definitely be improved. If you are a deep sleeper, this may not be a major concern, but for someone who is easily disturbed during the night, it can have a significant impact on the quality of your stay. Overall, NH Zurbano is a clean, beautiful, and well-maintained hotel with kind staff, but I would recommend improving the attentiveness at reception and, most importantly, the soundproofing. For me, the noise was the main factor preventing this from being a truly comfortable stay.

Perfect lovely stay surrounded by many Michelin Restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It’s in the center of everything, lovely breakfast. Lovely front desk team; and special thanks to Ms Lydia/Lidia for helping me with a personal matter and making sure I was fine and for her understanding of my situation and helped me with late check out, I highly appreciate that and I definitely recommend this hotel, basically you are close to everything, metro station is like 4 mins walk and two stops you are in the center of Madrid.

Super basic hotel from the Nh chain (now minor) which usually has nicer places. The room is super basic. All white, but even one painting or anything. Small TV set and very basic amenities in the bathroom. The location is not very central but has very easy transportation options near by,including a taxi rank right at the entrance. The service at the front desk is not always kind.

Someone impersonating hotel staff gained access to our floor and room. Personal belongings went missing. Hotel management only offered a refund for the night's stay and took no further responsibility. We did not feel safe.
