Amazing staff, Great location, The standard room was a little too small for me, even the windows was blurry, I had to upgrade my room into a family room and I did in seconds, I was in love with the location which was amazing for me as someone who love shopping, It felt like Disneyland to me! Lots of local brands around and supermarket and salons, high brands 4 mins by walking, quiet & safe area, and the lobby was small but cozy, but the staff was the cherry on top

The hotel has an excellent location📍, and I noticed its cleanliness🙂‍↔️It's small compared to other hotels in different countries. Initially, I had some difficulty communicating due to the language barrier, but luckily there was a staff member who spoke both Arabic and English. The Moroccan lady 🇲🇦there was wonderful; she gave me chocolates and brought me a coffee machine and an iron. I also ordered their famous dish (paella, I think I spelled it correctly) and some fish and tacos at the restaurant. The rooms are small, have only a bathroom, and there are no carpets on the floor. We only stayed four days and then left. I hope this review is not a criticism of the hotel, but rather an encouragement for improvement. Thank you.🩷⭐️

We loved our stay and probably will come back

Great place to stay. Very convenient to walk to Retiro park and not too far from Sol. Amazing breakfast. Special thanks to Carlota and frontdesk team for taking care of us very well.
