9/10 a very good hotel!! breakfast was nice and had a big variety of food. rooms were clean and comfortable. the only problem was the ac which seemed a bit too loud during the night. employees were very nice and friendly to me. i really enjoyed this stay thank you!!
The hotel is located in the heart of the amazing old town of Aranjuez directly across from the palace. The stuff and the service at the hotel are phantastic. Only the rooms need a bit of renovations at the interiors than it would be perfect. The hotel is not the cheapest location but worth the money you will spend.
Oh My Goodness .. what a location.. !!! We stayed at the Palacio on our drive down to the south of Spain with our 6 month old Cocker Spaniel in March 26. To say we were blown away by where this hotel is in an understatement. to add to this, the room was ideal in every way with a view of the Palace to die for. They catered for the dog in every way .. we had breakfast in the bar area as not allowed in the restaurant which is understandable. EV Charger in the car park and a location which is close to local restaurants and bars .. which we used on the evening of out arrival. We will be staying again on our return trip in May and in the future. Loved it, highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the NH Hotel in Aranjuez. The service was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our upgraded room was very spacious, with a sitting area, robe and slippers, two toilets, and a super comfortable bed. Overall, a great stay from start to finish. 100% recommended. Great location too …..
