We spent one night at the hotel. Arrived and left by metro, using stations a few minutes walk from the hotel. The level room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with many amenities and a jacuzzi. The level lounge was convenient, offering nibbles and drinks throughout the evening. We breakfasted at the regular breakfast room since we had to leave early, and it was still a very good breakfast, with lot of varieties, in a spacious area
The hotel is beautiful! It has a really nice bar, a lovely reception area and everything feels very well kept. The entrance is a little bit on the side, so when you arrive from the main road you just have to look carefully to find it. The location is great — everything is close enough to walk to and it’s very well connected. There’s even a shop right downstairs in the building, which is super convenient. Breakfast was really varied and delicious, the rooms are beautiful and the bathroom was great as well. At 4 in the morning we checked out and called Taxi so the receptionist gave us lunch boxes for takeaway. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Well this was simply an amazing stay! Led by excellent customer service service from the lovely Maria. And all the staff really. Could not be happier with the VIP experience. The club Level is also a nice touch! Keep up the good work!
I was greeted on arrival in the stylish lobby by attentive staff. Check-in was quick but I also noted that welcome briefing contained most of the info I usually end up having to ask for at other hotels (such as the times and locations of the breakfast restaurant and other facility details). This great start continued to my room on the 12th floor which had impressive sweeping views over Madrid. The room was spacious and I noted numerous nice touches where it showed a high degree of attention detail. More than ample electrical outlets throughout, comfy sofa, chair and table, and a very nicely appointed bathroom. The bed and linen were crisp and comfortable and the air conditioning was effective -cooling the room quickly when needed. While there was a bit of noise in the hotel from other rooms in the evening, it was perfectly quiet at night and I slept very well. The quality and variety on offer at the breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the numerous cold options. This was my first stay at a Meliá group hotel and was very impressed.
I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two adult children for several days in early January 2026. As first-time visitors to Madrid, we were keen to find accommodation in a convenient, central location, and this property met that requirement well. The journey from the airport by taxi took approximately 35–40 minutes. The hotel is situated along Calle de la Princesa, a major boulevard with excellent access to public transport and readily available taxis. The main entrance is somewhat discreet and located toward the rear of the building, with an apartment entrance positioned more prominently at the front. As a result, it is easy to mistakenly enter the wrong building, something the apartment concierge appears quite accustomed to. Upon arrival, we found the front desk staff to be welcoming, professional, and fluent in English, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Our rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, as well as a bidet. While the overall comfort was very good, the hotel was undergoing façade renovations during our stay, which resulted in noticeable daytime noise. This was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future guests. We did not dine at the hotel; however, the surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. Overall, despite the temporary disruption from renovations, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning, particularly once the refurbishment is completed.
