Horrible experience. We got a room without windows, smelling of garlic,and next to the elevator. when we complained,they said that is the kind of room available in "your category". This is what you get after paying 226Euros.And this rubbish hotel has the temerity to call itself 4star!!we have had a better experience in highway slophouses.
We stayed here unexpectedly after a cancelled flight. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and helped turn an initially stressful change in flight to a really nice stay! We will definitely be staying with Melia again in the future!
An amazing experience at a very reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was absolutely exceptional—better than any I’ve had in Madrid so far. The room and service were great. The location is quiet and beautiful, close to metro and public transportation, with excellent connections to the city centre and the airport.
Good experience with this hotel and restaurant. I don’t speak Spanish but most staff had some English. Room was very comfortable and beds were great! Very quiet. Provide in room: Rituals products- shampoo, conditioner, wash, lotion, coffee and tea with electric kettle, minibar, cookies, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, temp control, TV with many channels. Restaurant food and wine was superb! Free shuttle to the airport.
We've stayed in Melias before so we chose the hotel based on reliability. The room was clean, lovely luxurious bedding and we had an exceptional nights sleep! The breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice, great quality ingredients - we may have had 2 or 3 plates each! The only downside was that we struggled getting in contact with the hotel. Prior to our stay, we were asked to check in but the internet links provided didnt work. We emailed 3x times to explain this but had no response, we were unable to book our airport shuttle and getting from the airport took us 1hr 30 minutes, the metro and a taxi. Being 20 weeks pregnant this was really hard work. It was a shame that we couldnt have arranged this as it was another reason we booked the hotel. Apart from the lack of communication we would stay again.
