I had to sleep here one night due to work, paid by the company in September. When I wanted to take my breakfast the morning they told me it was not included in the booking but my company have to book the breakfast automatically. It is mandatory. I tried to charge it on the room because I didn’t want to pay the fees as I was here for work but the workers told me it was not possible for some reasons. By the time I tried to talk to workers from the breakfast and from the entrance to fix the situation I had to take the shuttle to go to work. My company later told me that the booking was with the breakfast but there was a problem on the hotel side and I should have been able to charge it on the room anyway.

A solid choice for a business trip or an overnight stay near Madrid Airport. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable, and the bar in the evening was also a pleasant place to have a drink and unwind. Breakfast was good in terms of selection and quality, although nothing particularly memorable. The main advantage is clearly the location near the airport, making it very convenient for an early flight or a short business stay. It is a very large conference hotel, so it has more of a functional business-hotel feel than a destination hotel. Overall, a good and convenient business hotel, particularly if you need to be close to the airport.
Beautiful hotel but big mistake. Stay in the city and take the Renfe to the airport instead. There is nothing to do around here. This place is landlocked by warehouses and industries. I got ripped off by the 282 bus to get here from Avenina Pablo Estacion, 4 stops, was charged 3 euros. That's at least 2 bus rides in the city. Expensive to get around and walking is not an option. The hotel is nice inside, but everywhere outside is dirty, no landscape, loud and even dangerous to walk. I tried getting the shuttle to the mall at 5:10 (since I gave up I could get anywhere walking) to find out that it left at 5pm and the next one is not until 8:15pm. The mall and the airport are the only places the shuttle takes you. To keep my sanity the next day, I took the first shuttle to the mall and stayed there all day since I knew there was nothing to do if I came back to the hotel area. Additionally, other Marriott properties in the city have the espresso coffee pods machine; this only has a hot water kettle to make Folgers instant coffee- ridiculous for the price of the hotel. Access to a microwave somewhere in the building would've been nice (maybe in the area with the vending machines). The only good thing about this place is the free shuttle to the airport and the mall, making it good for just one night coming in or leaving.
A Comfortable Family Stay to End Our Europe Trip I stayed at Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center with my two kids as the final stop of our Madrid trip, and we had a wonderful experience. After days of exploring the city, it was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge. As a solo parent traveling with my children, feeling safe and comfortable was very important to me, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The hotel is spacious, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our last few days in Madrid even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center to families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
My first impression was negative. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the check-in experience did not feel hospitable. Basic comfort also required unnecessary effort. I had to spend a significant amount of time dealing with simple things such as getting slippers and connecting to the internet. When I asked about robes, I was told they are only provided for suites. For a Marriott property, these details felt disappointing and not guest-oriented. Another frustrating point was the breakfast charge. When I first made the reservation through the app, I selected a twin room option where breakfast appeared to be included. Later, when I modified the reservation instead of cancelling it, the app did not show me any alternative breakfast options, such as “with breakfast” or “without breakfast.” Since no such option appeared during the modification process, I reasonably assumed that breakfast remained included in the updated booking. However, at check-in, the hotel tried to charge me extra for breakfast, which felt unfair and poorly handled. Overall, the experience did not feel welcoming, comfortable, or service-focused. Instead of making the stay easier for the guest, the hotel made even basic requests feel like extra effort.
