Nice hotel, friendly staff and we even had a room early on arrival day. Rooms are good and clean. Restaurant is great in morning for breakfast, which is just fantastic, and also for dinner it is great. All served with a smile 😃. We will remember this for our next stay in Madrid.

She was always incredibly nice and attentive to us and especially to our children. Her positive and cheerful personality made every visit to the restaurant even more enjoyable. We always felt very welcome and comfortable because of her. She truly goes above and beyond and does her job with so much kindness and passion. Not optimal that they only have the bar in the pool open, and not the bar at the reception open. It's to long everytime to walk back and forward for all the costumers. Heard alot of guest complaining about that. Iam a blogger and visiting many hotels to do review. When it comes to the brakefeast, it's a good selection of food to choose from. The room is ok. The cleaners sometimes miss to put toilet paper but that's a minor thing, they are friendly and polite. Reception staff is very good. And laundry is to expensive. Just 10 min walk and I can wash cloth for alot alot cheaper. Almost 20 times cheaper and it's nice there.
This hotel is great. It is a perfect place for families and other guests who wants to stay in a clean and quiet area and to be in the centre of the city in 20-30 min only. It has own parking, the breakfast is amazing and stuff is very nice and friendly. There is a bus number 53 that leads you directly to the centre and to the plaza Sol and other main strets. The Metro station is 600 metres away, 10 minutes walk. Highly recommend
The hotel was good and decently located. Very clean and well serviced. Only downside was that during check-in we requested a room with single bed and the person in charge talked among each other in Spanish “they are only staying for one night and they will adjust”. They gave us a room with two single beds even though they had availability. This left us a bad taste. Apart from it the manager during check-out was very nice and respectful and everything else was great.
