Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences

We loved almost everything about our stay at the Hyatt Regency Madrid. The hotel is beautiful, everything felt new and fresh, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the one major issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room. From the beginning, the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable, especially after long days exploring Madrid. We reported the issue several times, and although a technician came to check it, we were told that nothing was wrong. Unfortunately, the room remained hot, and we had several very uncomfortable and sleepless nights. On our fourth and final night, my husband went downstairs and asked a staff member to please come up to the room and experience the temperature for himself. Once he did, he immediately agreed that the room was too warm and arranged for us to move to another room. Moving rooms on our last night was definitely inconvenient, especially with 12 days’ worth of luggage, but it was absolutely worth it. The difference was incredible, and we finally had an amazing, comfortable night’s sleep. Aside from the A/C issue and wishing it had been resolved sooner, everything else about our stay was wonderful. We truly enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Madrid again. Hopefully, next time with a perfectly cool room from the start!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment had everything we needed and more and was both beautiful and exceeding comfortable. The ability to do laundry (wash and dry) and cook for ourselves was so convenient while still having that luxury hotel feel. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we would absolutely recommend this to any future travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Madrid Residences. The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our family. We especially appreciated having a washing machine, which was very convenient during our trip, as well as the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. The thoughtful breakfast items provided in the apartment were a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Madrid.
