We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid. The location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Madrid, directly on Gran Vía, which makes it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being in such a lively and central area, the hotel itself feels comfortable and welcoming.
The rooms are stylish, modern and very well maintained, with a design that fits perfectly with the character of Madrid. We also really appreciated the service – the staff were consistently friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay.
One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop, El Jardín de Diana. It is a beautiful place to have a drink and enjoy the views over central Madrid, especially in the evening. The hotel also has several good options for breakfast, drinks and dining, so it is equally enjoyable to spend some time at the hotel rather than always going out.
What we liked most was the combination of an excellent central location, a relaxed atmosphere and genuinely good service. It feels sophisticated without being overly formal, and it works perfectly for a city break in Madrid.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
We have stayed at Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid several times and always love coming back. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Madrid and ideal for walking, shopping, dining, and exploring the city. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is consistently warm and welcoming. It has become one of my favorite places to stay in Madrid, and I would happily return again and again!
Our wedding at the Hyatt was an absolute 10/10! We had an intimate celebration with 20 guests, and renting out the Hielo y Carbón restaurant alongside the patio was the best decision. It allowed us to have a relaxed yet incredibly elegant cocktail-style wedding that everyone loved.The experience started the day before, and the treatment we received was top-notch. The suite we stayed in was pure luxury! A huge thank you to María and the entire team for their incredible collaboration, as well as the rest of the staff for their flawless service. They made our special day unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Hotel right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Vía, perfect location, everything walkable. Friendly staff. Somehow the rooms are super quiet and spotlessly clean!
Breakfast is delicious, the avocado toast is next level, ordered it every single morning.
Had dinner at Hielo y Carbón, they have a tasting menu right now and every single course was on point. Totally worth it.
The rooftop bar is always packed but hotel guests skip the line. Watched the sunset over Madrid from up there, perfect way to end the weekend.
