Given its prime location and reputation as a high-end boutique hotel, I was really looking forward to finally staying here with my 7-month-old baby. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I booked the second-highest room category, expecting a certain level of comfort and luxury, only to walk into a surprisingly tiny room. The layout was so poorly designed that opening one door meant you couldn’t open another. On top of that, several bathroom fixtures were falling apart, and there was an issue with the AC or ventilation system that caused a constant noise throughout the night. I requested a room upgrade, but was told the hotel was fully booked, leaving us with no alternative. Sadly, the location was the only positive aspect of our stay. For a hotel that positions itself as a luxury boutique property and charges accordingly, the experience fell far below expectations. At this price point, I expect much better. I certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is a gem! The staff is incredible and the location is outstanding. Definitely will be returning to this beautiful hotel.
It has a great location, breakfast is fantastic and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, since it is expensive the room and bathroom are too small. Soundproofing needs to be upgraded. We were on the first floor, street side and trash trucks in the middle of the night, and street workers early morning with blowers was unacceptable noise. Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel for that nightly rate.
Only the staff would get a 5 star review, other than that I really wonder how they are a 5 star hotel. Elevators smell like toilet, horrible spa area downstairs, weird beds, horrible sound isolation. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a 4 star hotel...
Upon arrival: My family and I arrived really early (before 5am) and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient (they deserve 6 stars, not 5). We asked for a ridiculously early check-in. They could not have a room ready at that time. But as soon as they could (8:30am) our rooms were ready for us. In the meantime, we were offered drinks. My wife and I had a few servings of delicious coffee at their very comfortable library lounge. At 7am the restaurant opened, and we were served breakfast. Unfortunately, the weather is still too cold for the restaurant terrace to be comfortable, so we had our breakfast indoors. The servers at the restaurant: excellent attitude and service! The people at the front desk: Ditto. They were very patient in arranging for a day-trip for our family (we ended up going to amazing Toledo). They even got us a pair of tickets for the Champions League semi-finals at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. All in all: excellent experience!!!!
