Lovely hotel in a fab location. Loved our penthouse room with a balcony and a jacuzzi bath. We chose it because of its good transport routes from the train station and also for getting to the Bernabéu stadium and the Madring circuit for the F1 but also wanted to be able to access central Madrid in the evenings
We had a family of four and we each got a twin bed to comfortably sleep on. The location was amazing, felt like everything was withint 10-20 minute walk! Great hotel, I would definitely stay here again when I come back!
Twin room, clean and comfortable. Great location, for walking about and exploring Madrid. We didn't opt for breakfast option, we headed out each morning to discover places for coffee and/or breakfast. Note: (We needed to check the door to our room was closed fully when leaving, as it didn't close fully itself).
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. One feature we particularly appreciated was the bathroom. It included a bidet, which is not very common in many hotels abroad, and it even came with dedicated towels, a thoughtful detail that made the stay more comfortable. At first glance, the bathroom floor looked a bit dirty, but we soon realized that it was simply the pattern of the tiles, so there was no actual cleanliness issue. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
This hotel is ideally located near Puerta del Sol, across the street from both the Four Seasons and JW Marriott. Good value for the location and what they offer. Easily walkable to all the major tourist attractions, but the Sevilla, Gran Via and Sol metro stations are nearby to take you anywhere else you want to go to in Madrid. We got a room with two twin beds and it was a good size by European standards with two closets and a desk. TV was small and channels are limited in English, but if you’re spending a lot of time watching tv in your hotel, you’re in the wrong city 😄. We stayed four nights and rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. The room safe wasn’t working when we arrived, but the front desk was very responsive, and even offered to keep our valuables in their safe while it was being repaired . Thank you Arturo for checking us in early and being very affable on our arrival. We will be back!
