The hotel itself was comfortable and nice. The breakfast was great and the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. I only stayed one night, as I had a long layover and wanted to rest. The main issue I had was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable I could feel the mattress springs. It made for a bad night's sleep and waking up with my back hurting which made me kinda upset considering how much I paid for the room.

Our stay was excellent! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – a perfect 10/10! There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, with something for everyone. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, with fresh towels always available. The terrace was beautiful and the perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. We would definitely love to come back!
Stayed here for one night after flight was cancelled. Good price for last minute booking. Shuttle to and from airport (message on WhatsApp when arrive). Offers breakfast, room service, and snacks for charge. Is about 20-30 minutes from central Madrid attractions. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone who needs to stay close to the airport.
4 times a year we stay here. Good hotel Good service. Breakfast is good. Although it's not near the centre of Madrid. Good place to stay. For us, we eat, sleep and in the morning we have to cross the road and we are in the area for our meeting.
I stayed at the Hotel Nuevo Boston during WindEurope, one of the major international events held at IFEMA, and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, I found this hotel at a very reasonable price, especially considering it offers a solid four-star standard in an area where prices can easily rise during big events. The location is very convenient: just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service (which needs to be arranged in advance), and also very close to IFEMA. Reaching the exhibition center is quick and affordable by taxi or Uber. Getting to the city center is slightly less direct, as it usually requires a combination of bus and other transport, but it’s still manageable—typically between 15 and 30 minutes depending on traffic and timing. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I have nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness or overall quality. Breakfast is good and varied, with both sweet and savory options. There is also the possibility to have lunch and dinner, although the menu is more basic and focused on simpler dishes. What really stands out is the staff: extremely kind, professional, and helpful. As an example, a colleague of mine forgot her phone in the room and was contacted almost immediately after check-out. That level of attention makes a real difference. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel—especially if you’re attending events at IFEMA or looking for a high-quality stay at a more reasonable price than the city center.
