The room was nice, and bathroom small. Breakfast was great: rich and very tasty, swedish buffet type. Location of hotel is very far from city center, but there is a metro station nearby. Receptionists were kindley. The hotel has free airport shuttle service.

Pleasant stay with nice rooms at a reasonable price. It is located close to the airport (10-15min. taxi ride), and 10 minute walk from closest metro station in a quiet leafy residential neighborhood. We chose it for the proximity to the airport without having to go with a typical basic business hotel and found the room clean and well appointed.

Terrible hotel!!!! The bed is very uncomfortable, there’s only one type of pillow, and the AC keeps cutting out every hour. The front desk staff do nothing and just listen like robots to whatever you have to say. They don’t offer any solutions and aren’t willing to work with you. Disgusting staff and hotel. You’re better off

The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with an excellent and very attentive staff. Everything is organized efficiently, and the service truly stands out — the team is responsive, friendly, and professional. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not quite meet the expectations of a 4-star property. The room layouts are rather unusual, with windows located in the bathroom and shower area, and there is very little separation between the toilet and the bedroom, which can feel uncomfortable and lacks privacy. Additionally, for a hotel of this category, it was surprising that complimentary drinking water is not provided in the room. Overall, while the cleanliness and service are great, I was expecting a slightly higher level of comfort and amenities for a 4-star hotel.
