Nice hotel in a good location in Madrid. We stayed here during a heatwave (40 C) and the air conditioning was ice cold the entire time! The staff are friendly, helpful, and English speaking. Convenient location to the Opera metro stop and a short walk to the royal palace. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as a small laundromat right next door. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!
The location is close to Opera and Sol but is down a quiet side street. Rooms are soundproofed so no noise at night. Good sized room and excellent buffet breakfast. The best feature are the staff who are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel. Great location, central to everything. Rooms were great, did get a bit stuffy as the aircon wouldn’t drop temperature. Staff were all really nice. Food for breakfast wasn’t too bad. Would deffo stay here again
We spent 5 nights here and it was alright. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again though. The location is great, but we didn’t have hot water for the majority of the time during our stay and the wifi wasn’t good in our room. The breakfast was included which we appreciated, but it was the same selection every day (and the scrambled eggs were cold all five days). It is on a quiet street, especially for how central it is, but there is trash pickup every night at 1:30am which can be bothersome for light sleepers.
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and had such a great stay. Everyone was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Most importantly, upon leaving my laptop at the hotel, the staff reached out and went above and beyond to have it returned to me in the United States. I cannot express enough the kindness and intentionally great service the staff went through. Special shoutout to Carolina, Alejandro, and Alain who went out of their way to be helpful!
