We really enjoyed our night here. I had chosen this hotel for the close proximity to the airport, but the room and bathroom were actually very nice!! Only complaint is that the pillows were quite hard and the shuttle doesn't come often enough.
Perfect for a convenient stay near the airport. As a solo traveler I felt very welcome and safe. For a small hotel they offer many amenities like an airport shuttle (must arrange), a nice restaurant, and small but clean pool and gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are also very clean, and though not luxurious, were comfortable and perfect for what I was looking for.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Hotel Maydrit We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maydrit and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Madrid. The location was fantastic. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Metro Line 5, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We also loved having a very clean laundromat only about 3 minutes away—such a convenient bonus when you’re traveling! The breakfast spread was excellent and definitely worth adding to your stay, with plenty of options to start the day. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We never felt cramped, which made it especially nice after a long day of sightseeing. Another highlight was the proximity to a huge, beautiful park as well as several great restaurants within easy reach. Overall, Hotel Maydrit gave us the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and value. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again when visiting Madrid!
Avoid especially if you are traveling from USA majority of the stuff they don’t speak English, we stayed for one week and the house keeper claimed trashed our belongings but seemed they stole my stuff including my galaxy earbuds and prescription medicine, luckily I was coming home the next day, otherwise I don’t know what I can do without my medicine, We reported to the front desk staff, and we were told to send emails directly to the hotel, no response. Generally they seemed the don’t care. I travelled and stayed at other 4 star hotels this the first time my item had been stolen Be careful people
Excellent hotel with modern facilities and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great service and friendly staff. The reasons why I couldn't give them a, perfect score are as follows: first, although the restaurant is nice and convenient, the service was painfully slow and you are charged higher prices if you to choose to dine outdoors. Second, perhaps the most disappointing aspect was that the free shuttle wasn't indeed "free", as there was a charge of €5 per person. Therefore, at the end, it ended up being less expensive to take an Uber to the airport instead of taking the shuttle. Nevertheless, the hotel was great otherwise, but since we chose it specifically for the free shuttle that wasn't, I can't give them 5 stars despite the above average rooms and facilities
