Great location next to Gran Via. Room was comfortable on a smaller size. We had a view to a wall that we tried to change but there was no availability the first night. We ended up staying there for the quietness. Rood top bar was great! We tried it 3 out of 4 nights we were there, but third night we ordered the $8 Euro shot of Patron Tequila Silver 70 but they had Patron white only. We ordered 3 shots. After getting the bill, we were charged $19 Euros per shot, stating they didn’t have the shot glass, but waiter took it upon himself to calculate serving portion without clarification that instead of $8 Euros price was $19 Euros per shot. We decided not to come back to the rooftop the last night. Reception staff was very nice and professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Location & Wonderful Staff We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Indigo Madrid – Gran Vía. The hotel was lovely and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – just what you need after a full day exploring Madrid! Breakfast was really nice with a good selection, but what really made our stay was the staff. A special thank you to Carlos at the bar, who genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. He was so friendly, welcoming and attentive and is a real credit to the hotel. And thanks to Carlos, I’ve officially fallen in love with Spanish beer! 🍺🇪🇸 The location is excellent and, for us, location is everything. You’re perfectly placed for exploring Madrid, and we found taxis constantly passing right outside the hotel whenever we needed one. The rooftop bar is beautiful and definitely a must while staying here, especially in the evening. One tip though – make sure you book, as it can get busy and you don’t want to miss out! A lovely hotel, fantastic location and great staff. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Madrid. ❤️🇪🇸
Very good hotel which is a true 4 star classification. Excellent location just off Gran Via, very clean and well designed rooms with modern bathrooms. Enough storage space to empty out your suitcases amid a decent sized room. Service is great at both the main desk and rooftop lounge. Lounge offers about a dozen loungers.
Hotel has a modern feel to it. Staff is very good and eager to help. Rooms are good and clean, but a bit small. But you won't spend much time there anyway. Breakfast is super nice, with great service. We very much enjoyed the rooftop bar and came back everyday. The perfect location in the heart of town is also great. We were able to do almost everything by foot. If you don't want to walk, both subway and taxis (quite affordable and easily available in seconds) are good options. Obviously, this quality and second to none location comes at a premium.
Staying at Hotel Indigo Madrid – Gran Vía is definitely something that sticks with you – mostly because of the people who make the place what it is. From check-in to the very last moment, I felt taken care of and genuinely at ease. Every member of staff made an effort to create a sense of comfort and that rare, home-like atmosphere. It never felt forced – just natural, attentive, and helpful. The food was another highlight. Breakfasts are really good – fresh, high-quality products and everything just tastes right. After trying several places around Madrid, I can honestly say the hotel restaurant is one of the best choices not just for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner. Desserts are definitely worth trying. The rooms, recently renovated, are modern yet cozy with a really приятny vibe. On top of that, the location right in the city center means you can walk pretty much everywhere. Big credit to the whole team for their professionalism, coordination, and care. This is easily one of the best IHG hotels in Europe. If you’re hesitating – I’d definitely recommend it.
