Hotel Francisco I

Very beautiful experience. People from the hotel are all very nice, the rooms are beautiful and clean and breakfast is also very nice with a large choice. The location is also fantastic as you are in the center. If you are by public transport then it's perfect, by car, as we saw, it can be a different story. Thanks for this weekend !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable , and well maintained, and the location was excellent. What really made the experience special was the AWESOME staff- Emilio, Anthony, Jenny, Rhoda and the rest of the team. . Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Their excellent service made me and my wife feel truly valued as a guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We couldn’t have found a better place. Perfectly located in Centro, Hotel Francisco 1 is a walking distance from everything and still very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable, the linens crisp and the towels thick. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated with textures and colors that are very welcoming and choice placements of mirrors that make the whole place feel larger than life. The breakfast, included in the price, surpassed our expectations by far with fresh fruit and vegetable as well as healthy yogurt, amazing pastries, excellent coffee and we could even order eggs. Everyone is attentive and serves with a ready smile.

The staff was incredibly helpful, rooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage, comfy beds and non slippery bathroom floors! Even though we were on the busy street, the window shutters blocked out noise and light for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was vast and service incredible. We experienced the lounge a few times with handcrafted cocktails and a smile! The decor was so appreciated. Lots of spots for relaxing too! Location is centrally located to traverse all over Madrid by foot or ride. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!
