AC not working in the room whatever the setting I put it on, my friend has a working AC in his bedroom so I guess it’s just mine but it still sucks Currently boiling of heat, can’t go under the blanket obviously It’s been 2 hours like this, definitely not a 4* experience truth be told

Very strange hotel. They charge €0.55 for a tiny cup, maybe 100ml, of hot water. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that lacks the basic courtesy of providing a kettle in the room.

The hotel is quite far from Madrid and only partially renovated. Some areas, especially the bathrooms and closets, are in poor condition. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the cleaning was not done properly, The bed itself was also not very comfortable and not up to a 4-star standard. However, the receptionist Paula was very helpful and quickly assisted with my requests. In the restaurant, the food was not good, although one staff member provided good service. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the room condition, cleanliness, and food quality, despite the helpful staff!!
