Hotel Ciudad De Mostoles

So this is no way the 4 star you're used to! Negative: The rooms do not have toiletries or any appliances apart from hand soap and a hairdryer. There's no coffee machine or kettle in the room, and no towel or soap for the bidet. The duvet cover I put on the bed had blue static sparks coming off it in the dark. The cleaning lady came but did not clean the mirror or the wall next to the sink and the wall behind the bidet - best not look too carefully! Our room was above the restaurant so from the early hours we chairs all the chairs scraping on the floor. The gym has no floor mats, and the air conditioning is not connected (remote cable has snapped so can't command the aircon unit). The breakfast has no option to order cooked food so you just have to go with what is on offer. The bread is supermarket industrial packet bread. The fire exits inside the building remained open the whole time we were staying - the doors either fully open or didn't shut properly. You are in the middle of nowhere here and must use Uber or hire a car to get anywhere. Positive: The coffee is good and the shower was great. Staff are friendly and can speak English. The gym has decent machines. The place is clean and well situated if you need to go to Mostoles for university visits to UE.

The hotel is really well maintained but has a lot of cons: - No change in breakfast menu everyday is the same but the quality of food is good. - No coffee maker in room. - No iron and board available at room. - No microwave oven available even at the breakfast spot. - No swimming pool. - Really expensive.

It’s my first day at Ciudad de Móstoles Hotel, and so far the experience has been excellent. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The hotel has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, which makes it a great place to stay. If this first impression continues, I’m sure it will be a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

30 minutes outside central Madrid, spacious rooms with an interesting glass shower. AC doesn't cool, just seems to blow outside air. On site restaurant with great service but regular overrated average food. Free parking and 2 paid electric chargers available on site.
