Clean and larger rooms than many European hotels. 15 minute walk to Segrada Familia. Just be sure to request a room away from the stairs/elevator as sound echos at night.

I had a wonderful stay at Soho Boutique Opera and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Traveling with our dogs can sometimes be challenging, but here we felt truly welcome. The reception staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Their friendliness and excellent customer service made a great impression on us. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend Soho Boutique Opera to anyone visiting Madrid, especially travelers with pets.

Very disappointing experience. I checked in at around 1:00 p.m. and immediately reported that the air conditioning in my room was not working. The staff told me it would be repaired, but by 11:00 p.m. nothing had been fixed. I asked to change rooms, but was told there were no rooms available. The only solution offered was to sleep with the window open. However, the outside noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. This is a four-star hotel, and I expected a room with working air conditioning, especially during the summer in Madrid. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide the basic comfort and service that guests should reasonably expect. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and customer service so future guests do not have the same experience.
