Hotel Best Osuna Madrid Feria

Stayed in the Hotel Osuna for 4 days 3 nights. I do have to say for a hotel experience you cant fault it for a single thing. From the moment we arrived, we rung reception for a shuttle to which they promptly came. The reception desk allowed us to check in early (free of charge) and we were delighted to find that even in the "Budget-Friendly" rooms it was clean and nice. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety of choices to compliment, credits to the reception team for how efficient and friendly they were in regards to lending us an iron or a plug adapter (free of charge). The bar staff made excellent cocktails and it was easy to book for an airport shuttle for our departure as the driver had explained when we arrived how to do such. The pool was great and the weather to compliment even better. I was pleasantly suprised to hear mixed reviews from this hotel and even more pleasantly suprised at the quality of my experience, I had stayed over to attend a concert nearby the hotel and the location of the nearby mall and train station are a short walk away making the location ideal aswell. I came to this hotel for a vacation with my friend, and we were truly impressed by everything. From the excellent service and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and exceptional cleanliness, everything exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help in any situation. The airport transfer was also included in the price, which made our stay even more convenient. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible experience! The rooms are okay and the pool is nice, but you won’t be able to enjoy either because the hotel is constantly renovating something. There is loud construction noise throughout the entire day, making it impossible to relax. I definitely would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for an anyhow good Experience from your vacation.

They have free shuttle to airport. This is the best part of the hotel. It is also walkable to the metro station if you want to use public transportation. The room wasn’t as expected. There were some mosquitoes and a little bug in the room. It did not appear clean to me. As a breakfast I got a banana and it was not fresh. All staff were nice
