My best friend and I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! We had an amazing time, and after 8 nights, I can honestly say that we loved every moment of it.
The rooms were spacious and, most importantly, super clean. A special thank you to one of the cleaning ladies, Juana, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind and helpful, and we even asked her questions about tourist spots and things to do in Madrid. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations!
After 8 nights, I can confidently say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid, and I will definitely be staying here again.

This year we took a 6 week vacation Through the main European cities, including Madrid. Looking back an analyzing Hotel Atlantico was the most amazing outstanding hotel we stayed. Everything about this place a stop notch and we highly recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to stay in Madrid. Don’t look no more if you can get this place you’re gonna be very happy..
I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Atlántico and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. The service felt genuinely five-star, my spacious and comfortable room was kept absolutely immaculate, and the evening turn-down service—with chocolates left on my pillow—was such a thoughtful touch.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding. For only €12, the quality, variety, and generous selection represented incredible value. The location is also unbeatable, directly on Gran Vía and within easy walking distance of Madrid’s major sights, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.
The rooftop terrace was another highlight. I had the unforgettable experience of watching the eclipse from there, and the staff even provided special eclipse glasses for guests. It was a remarkably thoughtful gesture and made for a truly magical evening overlooking Madrid.
Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I felt so comfortable and welcomed that I genuinely did not want to check out. Hotel Atlántico will absolutely be my first choice whenever I return to Madrid.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlántico Madrid. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel Atlantico is a very nice 4 star hotel - clean, good Grand Via location and spacious (superior) rooms. We noticed that our room had a window which opened but into a lightwell so there was no outlook. The window was also frosted.
The staff are professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We noticed that the hotel does not provide hair conditioner so bring your own or purchase locally. We also noticed the sound of doors closing and furniture being moved (dragged) from surrounding rooms could be heard in our room.
We stayed for three nights during one of the hottest years on record and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Close to shops and restaurants (a 10 min walk away to Vinitus on the Grand Via), Hotel Atlantico provides a convenient location if you need a break from shopping (or the heat). We found pricing to be on the higher side, there are less expensive hotels around the area as well.
