Clean, quiet, and comfortable, and one of the few hotels that can accommodate 3 people (3rd was a rollaway). Regular beds were great, room was spacious, great bathroom, and lots of extras in the room, like slippers. Would definitely stay again.
Hotel is located near train station and their main central shopping and restaurant center. Made for a fantastic home base for my husband’s first party of our Madrid trip. My only wish was that they would have a bit more variety day to day in breakfast. What they had was great though so not really complaining. Room was extremely comfortable, we had a street view which was good. Bathroom well stocked. Staff were great - I wish I got their names but the gentleman that was the host for breakfast was always welcoming and helpful! I would stay there again if ever returning to Torrejon for work.
I have been staying at this hotel since 2019, and I visit it twice every year. It is a wonderful hotel with excellent service. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I always enjoy my stay here and highly recommend it. Didi ,Ruben,Emilio Is the 👌
Most comfortable hotel bed and pillow I’ve slept on. Breakfast had everything one could hope for. Very good hotel.
I came here since 2022, I don’t know why till now I didn’t write any review about asset Torrejón family. Every time I know that I am coming either alone for work or with my family for pleasure, I feel like I’m being rewarded. I love this place with all the people who work there. They are truly amazing, friendly like your family, and care about us. Thanks everyone for everything. Sorry being so late for this review.
