This review is a little overdue but I had to come back because my initial review did not do this hotel justice. My husband, our 3 kids and I stayed at the Hilton Madrid airport from June 30 to July 5th, and this hotel exceeded our expcetations in every possible way. The location is ideal in that it's not far from the airport or the city center. The airport shuttle is very convenient. The staff were incredibly, and I mean INCREDIBLY kind. They paid such attention to us as a family, especially with young kids, that they made us feel as though we were their most important guests. They would see us get off the elevator for breakfast and literally rush over to ask if we wanted coffee (Pablo would take care of coffee for myself and my husband), Ashraf would take care of the cereal for my little one because I had asked for it on day one. The breakfast was splendid!! So many delicious options! And the made to order omelettes are a PLUS. Now to our room- five stars all the way! We had the privilege of getting adjoining rooms, which made our stay even better. Not only were the rooms spacious, but they were impeccable in terms of cleanliness and how they're maintained. We felt as though we were in a movie! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and how amazing our stay was. I'm going to be looking for any excuse in the future to return to Madrid, and will be staying at this hotel without thinking twice about it.

Check-in was a smooth and easy process. We got a little early, had to wait a little bit before we checked in nothing unusual. They have an airport shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes, which is a great feature. The room was nice spacious, bedding was comfortable, relatively quiet didn’t hear much noise from outside. Didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy breakfast, but it looked very nice. Overall pretty good property, positive experience.
We had a wonderful stay of over a week. The housekeeping staff were impeccable, very professional, and did an amazing job. (Alexandro 👍) The reception staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant. We chose the restaurant option, and the team was very accommodating, adapting and even changing the menus for us when needed. The breakfast was amazing. A fantastic experience overall. We will definitely be back soon!
Great rooms, friendly service, good breakfast buffet and great with Hilton Honors benefits. Room assigned was large, with enough space for everyone. Température control worked flawlessly. Very nice bathroom and related amenities. Good soundproofing. Overall, quiet hotel. Highly recommended
This is a review for a stay for the day at this hotel. Book through the Hilton website/app and click the same day for check-in/check-out. Arriving early morning into Madrid means needing to get a few hours of additional rest. The website says that the time in the hotel is 9am-6pm, though I was told that 5pm was the check-out time. Not a big deal for me because they let me check in at 8am, but it could be an issue for others. I liked that they have a hotel shuttle to/from the airport. The rooms not facing the highway are very quiet and a comparatively good size. (I've stayed before when I was given a room facing the highway and the noise could be an issue if you're a light sleeper.) If you're staying for the day or just a few nights, the value is probably better than a lot of other airport hotels. Hilton members with status can get a few additional perks. For example, there's an executive lounge that I did not have time to use. The bathroom is nice and big, and the rooms are well-lit. Overall, it was very good.
