The staff here are great. They all help as much as they can but you can’t treat them like dog water either. They are People who work very hard to keep this place clean and safe. We did however try to get another room cause unfortunately we got put right on the first floor and it was very noisy outside with the lights and cars. They DID try to change it but nothing was possible at the time of stay. Overall I give them 10/10 for being honest and hardworking.
Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great central location. Steps from metro station and bus stop with cabs easy to catch but you can walk to many attractions. Comfortable bed, great bathroom but the best of all, great air conditioning! I would absolutely stay here again.
This was our favourite hotel - and the staff just take it to another level. Located on the busy Gran Via, you step into a friendly and peaceful reception area with bar and heaps of lounge seats and it is beautifully decked out and airconditioned. As soon as we pulled up outside, the concierge was there to greet us and take our very heavy suitcases to our rooms. Narine on reception welcomed us with her infectious smile and then took time to show us the major highlights of Madrid on the map- we didn't feel rushed just felt very welcomed. We were also greeted with a welcome drink- and Narine called us by our first names the whole time during our stay - impressive!. The room was spacious and clean and they supplied fresh bottles of water every day - and as it was stinking hot outside, this was so appreciated. The location is fantastic with heaps to explore all around the hotel. We particularly liked the area behind the hotel - Chueca, great shops and restaurants and not as busy as the malls across the Gran Via - but we explored all areas. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Reina Room which gave us a seperate lounge area - it was perfect. You could also open the windows - which I loved - but due to the heat outside, they did stay closed most of the time. Would highly recommend H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
Excellent hotel!! Staff is amazing, all so very nice and helpful!! The rooms are cleaned to perfection! Hotel has an excellent location. Very safe area and close to restaurants and shopping. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of a long trip around Spain before flying home to New York, and it was the perfect place to wrap up our travels. The staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and fluent in both Spanish and English. Our room was on the smaller side, but very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the high‑quality soaps in the bathroom and the well‑stocked complimentary amenity kit. The location is outstanding! Right in the heart of Madrid. We were able to walk easily to Puerta del Sol, great shopping, restaurants, and plenty of nightlife. When we needed to leave early for the airport, the staff had no trouble arranging a taxi for us right away. Overall, this hotel offered excellent service, a fantastic location, and a very pleasant stay.
