Exe Convention Plaza Madrid

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. They even showed us a small map when we asked for directions to the nearest supermarket. A big plus for the 24-hour reception and the water with orange, lemon, and ice available in the lobby for all guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced daily, with fresh towels provided every day. Both the room and the bathroom were equipped with everything we needed, including lovely-smelling toiletries. Another highlight was the air conditioning, which worked perfectly throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but that's something to keep in mind when booking. It's about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Rooms are clean and the gym well equipped. The staff is kind and available. The breakfast provides also a wide range of options. The location it is not great, generally necessary to order uber or a cab, but it id definitely a quite area

Daytime Front desk folks nice. NO AIR CONDITIONING! Asked begged pleaded for help from late night desk woman…she barked “fine! I’ll Come check it”! She just yelled that it was working. I’m married to an a/c salesman. Our room NEVER had anything blowing out of the a/c vent. So hot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! So far from center of Madrid. Not worth the cost

The rooms are very comfortable. Also properly clean with attention to details. The breakfast is tasty and diversified. Closed to either bus station (5' walk) or 10' walk Las Tablas metro to reach the city center. Very nice neighborhood, you can run or walk and there are plenty of bars in the shirt walking distance. Also a Mercadona at 5' walk. Free parking either in front of the hotel or on the street in the back (plenty of space as there are IT corporates closed by) Highly recommend
